World Peace Potential
World Peace Potential

We hope with valiant hearts for world peace, but is true peace on a global scale possible? Peace may never happen, global peace between all nations races and religions is a euphoric dream of the mind a Utopian projection of the highest quality. But that does not mean we should not aspire to the dream.

Peace and true peace may always remain a metaphorical projection of intellectuals and well wishers, if they cannot experience and embody it fully for themselves. Peace as a quiet counter point to abject war and violence on a global scale, will while appearing as a serine moment in time, will not be real and ever lasting peace, just a quiet mark in the human geological record.

Real peace can only happen through individual effort through sincerer thoughts and feelings, aspirations and genuine well wishing and a comparatively empty mind of the seeker, a balanced naturalness a childlike but not childish mind. In this way a genuine seeker of truth can taste the bliss of the infinite can experience in a gift like manner the blessing of absolute peace clarity and union with the divine while in this physical form. In this way the true aware seeker goes beyond the limited mind and becomes an instrument soul on earth for peace unfolding. These moments of deep sincere experience may also not last, they may arise and pass away but the experience changes us.

The world may come in and consume the peace with an appetite for the divine as they also feel the validity of your experience and desire to gain their own gems of in-site as they also evolve on their own spiritual journeys. Welcome to the oneness you might say as you go back to refining further your own character which you find has an intricate connectivity to larger self, to the mass consciousness to culture unfolding and to culture of the past to the human roots of emotion and action and reaction.

True antidote is always found in peace in presence in recalling the grace of God, in embodying the truth more deeply again, developing wisdom to all that is. Becoming more aware of our own unique parts in the ever unfolding drama of human emotion of social patterns of the karma and dharma of thoughts and actions, our interconnected nature. But still beyond all this is waiting just for you that absolute experience of transcendence the matured divinity, awakening to the absolute presence of who we truly are not just at the core but in total bliss Sat Chit Anunda. Through these experiences we become transformers of human consciousness actively engaged in the evolution of humanity we can become our highest potential, but maybe this is also an infinite yardstick and each individual retains certain unique patterns to their individual forms to their minds and identity’s. As the true transcendental peace is often beyond mind and beyond the experience of normal living. In coming back to reality into normality we may need to build again the mind and we borrow frame works from society, language and from the seeds of our experiences, so be careful with what you allow to guide and to dominate or dictate who you really are, as you have tasted something more and must continue along the path. Nanak suggests In the company of the wise we can transcend the ocean of suffering, and as such the support of Sunga and sacred texts spiritual vibrations, the masters direction are often needed to continue, to continue to sharpen your sword of truth and awareness.

There must be a passion still for clarity and insight a development of discernment, of your rudder to guide you to your destination, your virtues, sometimes a balancing act between discipline and naturalness, of sometimes deliberately holding against the flow of life to develop character which can be painful. But always there is some surrender which may come later on in safety, and in your own practice. Do you need to be so good? It reduces karma and drops away patterns that no longer serve you bringing a different clarity to just the short term happiness of going with the flow of life and aspiring to only sensual pleasure, but pleasure can bring happiness, but be mindful of where you seek it, in the company of the wise you will transcend, in other company you may fall into old habits and unconscious ways, and need to make good again later on, in this life or the next. So what of world peace where did that go to when we lost focus? Clarity is needed awareness is needed your own insights and experience must be gained to become your own master. Continued practice will bring profound changes and profound changes in humanity will also evolve.

We must continue to break out of old habits and conditioning and reach for the highest goals in life, to become the greatest gift, we must surrender them to the fire of transformation. The matchless prescience of infinite love your true connection to love, this is what Jesus was born to remind us of, that we each hold that potential within. let the old self go and become true within and truth its self will guide you home this is the inner Jihad the inner journey. As each of us transforms we encourage others to live in the light and like the sun arising on a new dawn we manifest the golden age. Some of us may arrive a little earlier than others, that’s alright show the way by being the way forward, not preaching and screeching but teaching from presence love patience experience and wisdom through presence, embodied presence and love world peace is possible, tangibly recognisable and universally loved by all.

Dhan Dhan Blessings Blessings for all.

Blessing mind

Blessing mind

Create a heart and mind of blessing for the world, where you notice negative thoughts, note the quality and associations involved, and then make note of the feelings in the body. What associations or triggers are there? Can we create a blessing mind here? Can we pivot to a better mental position? If we are unsure of the remedy, we can pray we can ask for higher assistance to help build better mental patterns, so we can bless instead of curse the world. We can chant mantras or remember the wisdom of a buddha a saint Jesus or Alha, and imagine that wisdom and supportive energy flowing out into the world instead of the negativity.

When we notice this pattern come up again, we can be quicker to catch it in action and edit it out. If we remain in a neutral mind and do not play out the pattern through words or actions, can we see what it really is? Does it change as we view it? How much space does it occupy? Where does it block the body? Remember your higher consciousness at this time; allow that presence of peace and wisdom to infiltrate and alter the negative cycle or sanskar, the pattern of thought and action. Allow change in it is not something we need to fight for in the mind; instead, look for a felt sense of change, embody blessing, embody peace, embody wisdom and embody change.

And never let ugly or hateful words come from your mouth, but instead let your words become beautiful gifts that encourage others; do this by speaking words of grace to help them.

Ephesians 4:29 TPT

Write down any thoughts you have around this idea of becoming a blessing mind. Do you think it is becoming to perfect? Do you think it's possible to apply the technique in the moment? Or only later on in moments of reflection? Do you think that to, always be blessing the world and saintly is not allowing yourself to be human and experience the full range of emotions? Or is it good to have control at times? Will only genuine good wishes really have an effect on the world? Take some time to write out any thoughts or feelings on this topic.

 Future Imagining

Future imagining

A new future, a future new, a future true, a future bright with hope and possibility. We as people dream of a better world; what are those dreams for you? It takes insight into the effect on ourselves and the world, of who we are and potentially who we could be, to begin dreaming of a future world and to make personal changes towards that goal. When I wake up and realise that if I continue to be angry at the world for not being as I would like it to be, I am unable to be the solution that is needed, and I harm myself and potentially others around me.

What are the problems in the world, and whom do you blame for them? Perhaps a politician or someone similar, your mother or God... etc. What happens if right now we let go of blame, let go of attributing the problems of the world to particular people? Can we use that time we would have wasted to think of potential solutions to world problems and ways to create a better world or better communities, healthy society, clean environments balanced ecosystems? Can we take action on these solutions? Is it a local problem, a national one or a global one? It may be something like improving the health care system and creating free dental care for everyone; how would I get my country to agree? And then what about the rest of the world? Each topic can be looked at as a local, national, or global issue, don't be afraid to change the world; we are powerful beyond measure.

If I centre myself and connect with my higher consciousness, what guidance do I get? Should I give the solution to others to work on, sharing insight, or should I take this as my personal project? Utilise inner guidance to map out, brainstorm, and proliferate solutions, don't limit them to what you think is practical; work on it as you would a creative exercise in future thinking or future imagining.

When I was younger, I was angry at society; the price of houses was to expensive, and I didn't like the jobs available or the idea of being enslaved to debt for 40 years was horrible. I had no home to live in, and no job all I wanted to do was yoga, meditation, art and surfing. The peer pressure of society attempts to force freedom of spirit into the cage of its own mediocrity. But if I didn't have the courage to be totally free, maybe I wouldn't have become enlightened. Realising I had a negative pattern of projection of anger towards the world to the establishment, I sort to free myself from this pattern by researching and thinking about what the better alternatives were. This was a hard task, I realised, to think about the real solutions to how we ort to live; this was before transition town movements and serious climate change groups had become reputable. i was interested in environmental activism but still looked for a solution beyond campaigning. Researching in the library, I found information on sustainable community living eco village life, an alternative to the way of subdivision and high-rise lives. I found an article and a book on Findhorn ecovillage in Scotland; moments of synchronicity were showing me that I was supported on my path of transformation and enquiry. I ended up applying for a one-month EDE course in Findhorn which I received a partial scholarship, I attended this course with people from around the world, and it was literally a life-changing moment; anything was possible and is possible, and this is the gem of the story when we make an attempt to search for solutions to lives misery, to drop negative emotion and search for love, the universe is there to assist you. Thinking of the possibility of life is transformative and fun. To see the karmic patterns of our personal and communal life allows us access to the now, to be balanced here in the present moment, lightly holding intention but surrendering to the flow of existence to the guidance within. This will take you far, towards unlimited dreams towards spiritual and personal growth that has profound implications for the whole. Maybe as humans, we are moving like a school of fish or a flock of birds; as the direction of one changes, others are also influenced to enquire. Even the idea of one is redundant we are all together. Altogether we slowly head towards solutions of love and grace, peace and prosperity, ecological stability and profound knowledge.

Workbook or journal any ideas for change in the world that come up,can you let go of anger and focus on solutions? are your ideas better than those in power, can you influence those in power? write a letter? or just start workinging on the solution. Is the solution to be at peace in each moment, and to come back to peace when we have lost our way? What are your ideas? Can you imagine a better future, what does that feel like to you?

Change Yourself

Change Yourself

What if the problems of the world seem too great and no one seems to be changing? The world seems horrible and not as I think it should be. the old cliche saying change yourself and the whole world changes is probably true at this moment. It may seem disappointing but save yourself first, become your own guru and bring the light to your life attitudes and actions, then watch and see how you affect the world around you. So what to do to be my own guru and change the world? Well if a particular problem bothers you in the world then, instead of complaining about it you can start accepting that situation as it is. The people involved are on their own karmic journeys and you are on yours. To be the remedy you need to bring better energy to the situation at hand, more wisdom more love more peace and more transformation is needed. You need to be in your soul power and activate the energy of positive solutions in your life and in the world.

Light energy activation can be used to visualise positive transformative energy surrounding the planet and help to evolve individuals involved and the quality of sanskaras that are apparent in each situation.

It is important to be transformative ourselves to be humble enough to be a receiver of the light and energy of change, this is good work for the planet and the community around you. Many don't see or appreciate this but you know and understand the depth of the process through experience.

Workbook or write out any ideas where you think or feel you need to change yourself, how does your better self look and feel? Take time now to imagine and embody this new you.

Walk of Enlightenment

Walk of enlightenment

If we think of our experiences of life and dealing with the noise of the mind and emotions; of intentionally evolving from past habit patterns of the mind to change how we live our lives, to reach a better you a better me, a better world; to become the more aware more enlightened person, a better human being. We can use awareness only, or we can use mental categories like the 3 that yogi Bhajanan refers to in kundalini yoga texts, positive mind, negative mind and neutral mind. Just the very act of categorising your thoughts places you in a witnessing position a more neutral mind. What then? Sometimes just to be witnessing feels like being a victim, other times space starts to appear and subtle changes are occurring at deeper levels. Can we live our inner landscape like the external? And imagine that viewing our life experiences is like going for a walk, an inner walk. Just the same as in an outer walk there are things to see, smell, hear to experience there is a sense of space. Can we just notice and experience life as it is and carry on walking passing old thoughts emotions and memories, like you, would walk by an interesting tree, a beautiful house, or a fragrance wafting from someone's garden? When you are walking you may notice a beautiful smell maybe it is jasmine or wisteria or a sweet palms fragrance; you can smell it in the air you know when it starts and when it ends but you can't quite work out where it is from, which plant which tree what flower. Emotions and thoughts can be like this you may notice when they begin and when they end but you are not always sure where they come from and why they are here. it was probably wisteria you say, do you have an allergy to your thoughts? do you enjoy the beauty of their fragrance? can you just pass them by not overly interacting with them just noticing them as a part of the landscape of life? Like listening to the wind in the trees.

If it is a bad smell can you avoid stepping in it and carry on? attention to where we are going is critical sometimes. A walk in nature is soothing for the soul. What is beautiful about walking in nature? it is the space for the soul it allows clarity to settle in, permeating into our lives and our minds, the creator's love is being felt in the space opening between the trees and objects of the journey the fresh air and wide open horizons bring us peace and clarity, from the busyness of constant action of pressure and the many thoughts of a busy life. In the same way, a peace-filled, peaceful empty mind leaves us feeling space clarity and goodwill. The positive mind also can be viewed, but positive choices in the actions and thoughts we choose to think and agree with, the fragrances and scenery we enjoy, like a fork or gateway in the path, lead us to different places, to new beneficial life experiences. Each thought can be seen and passed by or enjoyed, how we walk makes us who we are; do we walk by indifferently or do we care, do we walk in wisdom, or gain wisdom with the grace of god and the presence and protection of something/ someone higher? When the voice of negativity has been left in the valley of the past, the presence of peace guides us on, opening life to better views. The light is brighter the air is fresh the noisy vibrations of life are left behind. The experiences gained bring new perspectives to the old experiences, wisdom develops in the mind, memories of the beauty of these moments bring heart to the feelings of age and life to the body and the mind; this exists in the spaciousness and soul light of a higher purpose and the presence of peace within.

Workbook any thoughts or ideas that come up are they atanable to you what small steps can you make today to move towards a better path in life? what thoughts and feeling can you notice like landmarks on your inner journey?

Enlightenment

Enlightenment

We walk in the dark until we realise the power of peace; the enlightened ones assist us all on the path of spiritual discovery. Many quest with great passion and ego for the goal of enlightenment, my enlightenment, my peace, my power; few have experienced the profound and blissful awakening of pure peace, facilitating beauty and transformation, deepening peace, wisdom and light flowing through you and spreading from the presence of your being. Welcome to bliss; the goal is still a journey in each moment, letting go to the experience and allowing love to guide you. Learning to let go again and again of the pain of the world of emotion and experiences, all of our stories unravel into the truth of being. I pray for you all to find the peace you are searching for. It is not a competition, there is peace for all, and no payment is required. Gifts are always welcomed. Enlightenment is like a gift, a gift of the masters and a gift of God; to receive it and share it is the reward for your spiritual evolution and your positive life choices. There is an art to letting go is it just passivity? No, I really don't think so; the issues are felt and faced by the soul, but argument is not necessary. Can the darkness then take over? No darkness can not win over that which is unlimited it is no longer a duality. The duality belongs in the mind; it is the nature of debate and virtue and no virtue. The presence of peace is sweeter than this a nectar of a love of indescribable beauty, so profound that the whole of nature walks to its tune. It is not my mind or my ego but comes through me as a blessing to the world. May peace be with you on your journey to find your peace; your spirit will guide you.

To experience enlightenment is the greatest gift, but to learn from this experience and develop the ability to work with people to share and help others transform and transcend their suffering is another journey. The path to becoming a master is another step again.

Wite or journal any ideas you have about enlightenment, how do these ideas you have differ from any experiential moments you have experienced?

Learning and growth

Learning/ Growth

Growth From what do we grow? And to where do we grow? Do we Learn along the way? Or has the idea of learning anything been thrown out with our spiritual desires to be egoless to be free of the minds knowing, or is there constructive and destructive knowledge therefor we can learn and grow on the spiritual path, a path of deepening in insight and experience. Everything will be utilised for growth.

Do you wish to grow? write out any ideas in your workbook.

The Stronger You

The Stronger You

Becoming the stronger you overcoming the critical world, becoming wise, strong, caring and careful

Recognizing critical mind talk as just that, going beyond with the power of self-presence inner calmness, peace and the truth of a greater knowing.

View the negative self-talk, what is its objectives, how does it feel physically, what are its patterns, and ask it, why are you here doing this to me? If it is there to make you seem inferior, then it should stop acting from an inferior position so as not to make itself lesser through put-downs. Become the greater self; enlightenment looks after enlightenment. Being supportive gets you everywhere you need to go be supportive to the world and reveal in others success and happiness and wealth but keep your position of clarity, peace and of wisdom.

I have some stories of overcoming hardship and negativity.

I suffered a stroke that happened while I was experiencing negativity in mental thoughts while I was thinking of becoming a meditation teacher. I stayed calm and witnessed the event and what was happening to me physically and quickly got myself to the hospital even though I was experiencing partial blindness and some paralysis. It was calmness and quick action that saved me and embodying the experience from a deep spiritual perspective, which enabled a full recovery.

I recovered from the stroke over a few years, and I taught my first meditation classes a few months later. I didn't let even a stroke keep me from doing something I wanted to do even though I had many fears about teaching.

Also, when I first started teaching and posting just quotes on the internet, I had people I knew making fun of me, saying that I was nothing or making grand jokes about me, even getting angry and saying that I couldn’t do it and I knew nothing about enlightenment etc.. in public, it was clear to me that these people had created an impression of who I was and who they were as superior and that to break their mental conceptions of me by striving for success disturbed their social pecking order. Something I never considered important or even lived by. Really these people didn’t even know me deeply enough to know my spiritual depth of experience, and I'm not a bragger so I don’t go around shouting it out im pretty quiet at the time I lived in a tree house and kept to myself a lot meditating and doing yoga.

How did I overcome it? I stayed very calm and connected spiritually; I absorbed the judgment internally, I sort spiritual assistance, I pray, and I put myself in the position of trying to help them with their suffering connecting with wisdom. This is not something we need to know intellectually where we tell them everything we think they should do with their lives, a know it all, egoic position; but it is a place of humility. What can I learn from this moment? If I stay centred and calm, what will happen? If I wait for my intuition to show the way forward, not my reactivity to put-downs and anger, then there is a possibility to pivot to grow to evolve the situation, in the moment, in the presence, in the now.

One of the people was a kundalini yoga practitioner, and he felt that he had studied for many years and that his experience should be superior to mine, that he was greater. That I was lesser, and he didn’t feel qualified to teach so how could I be? Someone he had projected as being lesser than himself. It's funny because I knew very little about that style of yoga, and my first serious student turned out to be a kundalini yoga student and teacher. She remarked that she had never experienced anything like what I was teaching and had never experienced so much light.

Curious about kundalini not being judgmental, I went on to do a kundalini teacher training a 3-part course, and now enjoy their style, which I incorporate with my other experience. I turned a negative cycle into growth and new understanding and experience.

My second detractor was an atheist and liked to debate about spiritual topics but always tried to make them out to be phony and ridiculous. I feel and know that peace is not an argument, a discussion or a debate. So while I could debate a little, it is not enlightenment, and eventually, he did admit at a later date, that he could feel from me a presence of peace that perhaps changed him more than any debate or philosophical position on spirituality could. In my opinion, atheism is a philosophical egoic position on life, not an experiential spiritual experience or understanding.

So how to take a negative experience, one of put-downs or of blocks to success and turn it to your highest advantage to become the stronger you the more positive the more successful you? Stay calm, think to deactivate reactions and arguments, become centred in a powerful deep presence of peace, relax connect with a higher sense of knowing your soul's power and wisdom. Be calm be your true self your spiritual self the stronger you the fight is not in you it is in them be calm attentive and see what unfolds. Have goodwill for them even when they are negative, and keep good intentions, and blessings for their lives and future evolvement; the more caring you is, the stronger you.

Journal or workbook any moments of meaning to you where you have overcome adversity to become the stronger you. moments where you have let go of the fight and maintained calm alowing circumstances to work themselves out, would you do anything difrently? do you feel you are conected with a higher source in these moments if you live like this and follow your dreams no mater what are you the stronger you the better version of yourself?

Craving love
Craving love

The bitterness may stop when I die the drama of resentment at the world speaks for the pain of being alone; I view it with a cautious heart. All the juicy emotions of life Life are present in unfulfilled desire, anger, loneliness, bitterness, and resentment, jealousy, all fuel for potential karmic creations. The question is, are we reducing karmic patterns or increasing them? Are we crushing the carbon of karma through our practice into a diamond of dharma, a gift for the wife or partner of our dreams to come true?

Life meets me in the car park, by the beach and in the supermarket, but still, I go home alone. Feeling no gratitude for those magic moments of synchronicity that did not flower for me, only for some other man or woman. Loneliness bites; does the universe even care for my name, just another body in the dump of life? If I don’t exude an overbearing charisma of wealth vitality of a young smile, the ability to fulfil all dreams and desires. Then we are left, as the unloved and uncared for, judged as too poor to be a prospect or too spiritual for a party. A silent stay away; he’s too spiritual to work for your needs is perhaps a projection. Just an artist, just a writer, just metaphysical, just a yogi, not a millionaire that can afford a house, a property, a home by the sea where dreams come true. A million now seems like 100 000 dollars used to be. So really, I need to have 100 million now to be so bright to the eye of attraction. The bitterness suggests there are no true hearts in this world, only lovers that wish to roll in the money of security, perhaps metaphorically screwing with a wad of cash in their mouths. There are those that compromised their love for security and the depraved and perverted at the other end of the spectrum, the ones that want to screw anybody and everybody they can, predating for a moment's pleasure; the lonely-hearted risk takers, are taken for granted in the dunes or some other place of folly. The gay with futility attempt to capture the attention of my lonely heart when the woman of my dreams hasn’t shown her flowered head to me. She is somewhere else looking across the beach for the man in the magazine, the sponsored professional surfer, and only he will do. Food for resentment and bitterness is everywhere that loneliness exists. We question our faith; does god even care for me? Does he exist anymore? Is it only in my mind in our culture? A cute story to breed faith into the good-hearted, so we can take the stick of conformity in our mouths and follow the ways of the world? A sucker and slave to the mortgage and the 9 to 5 or the 5 to 11:30 seven days a week. Our society is dead; the baby boomers have killed it; they have crushed the spirits of the children by making their dreams too expensive. They require their wealth gains, their superannuation investment portfolios, yet life still goes on… eating itself over and over, hoping for a better day, not a bitter day. Hoping for dreams to come true or to squeeze the life out of life and eat it all.

The bitterness of an unfulfilled desire for love from the world is a strong judgmental ruling emotion and not our enlightened self. It brings to the surface interesting emotional patterns and perceptions of the world that can be viewed, analysed and evolved. We question the foundations of our very existence when we are angry at the world; what good can we extract from it?

The sceptical mind goes on and on; I don’t fit the culture of the world. I have lived too close to the spirit, but does this spirit even care? It is love, and it is peace, but does it care for my life and desires? Or does it just burn away life like a flame? The play of desires wants me to run after its needs, and I cannot fulfil those games of fancy of the feminine desire or the masculine desire. I can only surf close to the spirit. Am I stuck forever, giving in to life’s painful menacing jaws? In an endless surrender to what is not what the I would like.

Others seem to be happy, living amazing lives; while I am still suffering, the sorrow speaks; I desire happiness, and the cycle of craving love goes on. When will love find me here in my heart, her feminine embrace wanting and accepting me as I am, both gently falling into the moment, a moment of love of depth of beauty?

The blame arrives; the charismatic sharks are all around devouring all the lovers for their orgies of desire, not giving a dam that they are predating my dreams. The polyamorous playboys and talented musicians play for the men and women with drugs, food and entertainment; they lure all towards their lairs for a party. Then they may leave you with a disease or two, an unplanned pregnancy or a feeling that you have been screwed but are not actually loved. The resentful lonely mind pulls down their egos games, labelling them as uncaring when they are not. They just don’t want to be boring and spiritual; they would prefer to party to death than search for true meaning and worth in any way.

Is surrender the only cure for life’s demise? It seems like; to fight is needed or suicide. I don’t want their dirty bodies anywhere near me anyway. Their craving filthy minds, which continuously want to touch everyone and anything, especially even any purity. Where is the purity that I seek in a lover? Do I actually need a virgin for that? Or just a lover of integrity, a someone special to me. Does this person even exist? Or is everyone distorted? and wishing to distort me towards their desires? They seem to exist for others, and they exist when I wish them love; I want them to exist. I pray for them to exist, but why is this world not showing up? Is it so cruel? that it will continue wreaking dreams, 'my' dreams, till I’m dead and gone waiting until I’m too old to love physically anymore? Then silently pronouncing that I didn’t need love; I only needed spirituality and selflessness, service or something like this. It’s like the world having a pet and never caring for it. The world of wounds of the soul, where is the wisdom in this? Just another fricken forgiveness lesson? Hatred bites back for the sorrow of unfulfilled love and unfulfilled dreams; spirituality has no care for the world as it has a broken heart itself; and only wishes to beat us up. Or have us follow the rules in dutiful obedience to its progression of enlightenment. Leave your regular donations and tithe accordingly, or you are not supported, a path for the obedient minds of the masses. The road to the enlightened mind is steep; do we need assistance? Have we paid our dues? Have we burnt all our bridges yet?

Or is it, just simple and in the moment understanding, spiritually kind, knowing the wounds of life, it cares wisdom cares, life cares or should care anyway. We are supposed to develop caring, not hope that someone else will, and not to trust others to is safer sometimes.

In the early morning hours when the spirit is close, my pain unravels, and the heart dears to dream again, but will it ever receive love, or will my dreams just be given to another person’s needs, and I remain perpetually unfulfilled, watching other's dreams and realities unfold the silent witness forever uncared for a spiritual victim of reality. The irony is that when you go beyond the need, the need, or what you wished you had, may chase you, and you cannot claim it even if you want to; is that thought that experience actually true? The patterns of experiences show, but should we believe that they are permanent true and unchangeable? Love has to be allowed in and cared for, and love has to recognize that you need it and want to share itself, its wisdom in the pain of the fire. The rich have no problem because their wealth attracts or their fame attracts; they still may face the fear though, that the love they share is hollow and untrustable; just a stable situation is all they really need, a kind of love that could become trust or could become abuse.

The spiritualist may go lonely and suffer; and many have suffered alone, and perhaps they never fully forgave the world for its pain.  Can we forgive them for the shadows of their suffering minds, a dint in their armour of enlightenment? The emotional strikes of anger and the twisting of fate coming from bitter minds and resentful hearts shows the effects that our own emotions may have on others. Do we need to believe in these cycles of suffering? Can we imagine a better reality? Can we, dear to dream again? Can we forgive? Should we just drop dreams and desires and just be present to each moment? Ambitionless and unfulfilled, spiritual? What lessons can we achieve from the experience of suffering our minds and our desires for love? Can we take what is often raw and unedited emotion and turn it into something beneficial to ourselves and others? Are we open to the love of a higher purpose of a greater light, not just love through a physical relationship? Can we receive love through meditation and reflection, therefore, be more able to fulfil a proper relationship? Are we crushing our carbon into the diamonds we desire through the pressure of self-reflection, churning the knowledge and experiences of life? And refocusing towards living a spiritual life, remembering the presence of love existing and permeating all life, the spiritual atmosphere of love.

Workbook or journal any ways you crave love or have unfulfilled dreams and desires, or have you received all your desires superficially yet still crave authenticity? Write and reflect on anything which comes up for you and what lessons you may have learnt from these moments; Do you have love wounds? What forgiveness do you have? Are there areas in your life where you have not forgiven yet? Can you list them? And look at them more as potential lessons to get to know intimately before we let go to allow love to come into our lives. Where do you think this love we are craving really comes from? Is it possible to turn our emotional trash into treasure?

Character

Character

Yogi Bhajan suggests that experiences that are not always easy, the challenging moments of life help us to develop character. What character is worth developing? Obviously, our spiritual character. When we use our experiential felt sense of life, our inner guidance, and our concepts of right and wrong or virtue to gently guide our life choices; without holding these virtues like a stick to blame the world. We can make rapid advances in our spiritual quest; we can develop a yogi's character, a monk's character or the character of one connected to God in the presence of peace, with the flavour and aroma of God's love and wisdom for the world. When we associate with the wise, wisdom becomes embodied into our very nature; when we then associate with the unwise, their karma's are affected according to the power of our presence. They have an opportunity to transform their character, but they may not always be ready to change; to take up a spiritual perspective is not everybody's interest. Share with the interested as much as possible; tolerance can be built up a quality of character, but it is much easier to live around and work with the spiritually interested.

Workbook or journal any ideas that come up from this writing, do you feel you are capable of living with a spiritual focus and spiritual integrity, do you seek the recognition of other that are not spiritualy focused? what character have you developed through experience.

Death

Death

Death is the last great adventure of this life. Are you ready for your tram ride to the other side? What are your feelings about this moment? Have you completed your life purpose? Have you ticked off your dream list of things to do? Do you need to prove yourself, or are they heartfelt desires? Do you feel the need to confess your sins? Are you guilt-ridden and fear death because of the way you have lived? So many questions and so many variations of each life; what can we learn from death and being on death's door? When we face the prospect of dying, what can we learn from those moments? Are we content in ourselves to accept the fate at hand? have we said all our goodbyes? Do we trust in the beyond? Do we deserve an afterlife? Does that create the fear of dying?

If we can fully accept life, totally in each moment, is fear even an issue? if we grow through the pain of existence, we may be born again, new into each moment, into God's grace and love. Can we trust in something or someone that will take us from this life of ambition and desire? Where will we go too? Do we trust enough to believe in heaven? Or are we living in hell, and nobody can change our minds? Fun, fun, fun in every distorted way, a misaligned sense of freedom; who does not wish to repent? The ego is the sinner inside.

Knowing the peace of God allows a trust that whatever happens, it will be all right; go with the flow and look to the light to serve you to bring you to peace's door, the last door of life in this realm. Open to the acceptance of love's grace.

Has a fiery chariot from heaven come to take you to the afterlife? What have we done that deserves such a fantastic exit? Or will our departure simply be the ignorant slap of a car crash? The ignored intuition and the karmic slap like so many mosquitoes whose lives we have ended in our frustrated anger. If we simply take time to listen to life, can we avoid death? If we find our true life's purpose, then do we die content, happy, peaceful, all things in the right moment, acceptance of the creator's order and guidance?

Death is the subject of many questions, all to be answered later on. Will we be graded? Will we pass the test? Will we get stuck in the bardo, the space between worlds? Will trust ferry us to the other side?

Workbook any ideas and feeling that come up for you from this writing and the subject of death. Can you self evaluate where these ideas come from are they helpful to your life? do you live in fear? can you change any perceptions you have to invite a better potential into your understanding of existance.

Story

Story

What is your story? All of the events and memories of our lives are recorded stories, and the thoughts we think about ourselves and our environment/ the world all affect and lead to the choices we make in life and affect what experiences and opportunities come into our lives. Are we the writers of our story? Or are we simply living it out, putting up with life's lot? On a spiritual path, we have the ability to overcome difficult parts of the story; to do this, reflection is needed, and the presence of positive influence is required until we can carry this peace ourselves. Meditation, Prayer, writing and other contemplative disciplines help us to get in touch with our story and potentially to re-write our programs, to re-frame how we think about old information and allow space for new and joyful experiences to enter into our lives. So often, we are carrying old stories, our own and our cultures, around our necks like a noose of un-talked-about feelings and emotions. Can we clear these stories to allow life back in? We can allow old stories to drop away, knowing that changes to the way we think and feel about life transform our DNA. So spiritual changes we make in our lives to meet and move beyond challenges are transferable to the next generation of humanity. We actually affect the past, present and future in our lives and the lives of those around us. When we drop the drama stories and become a story of peace unfolding into each moment, then we have become transformers for the world, potentially "World Peace Yogis." re-writing the global story of who we are as human beings and editing the potential story of who we are as nations and as cultural and language groups. Who are we? And who do we wish to be in the future? Who are we right now? Are we evolving our story?

Workbook anything that comes to mind about your story, what you persive as yourself, what you think you may like to edit. What you feel needs healing. Can you see that others are also living out of conditioning of their interwoven storys, can we forgive them from this perspective? it may not make it right, but we can understand more. how would we contribute to an evolving global story? or an evolving comunity or cultural story? Write out talk about reflect on any ideas.

Openness/ Strength

Openness/ Strength

Lua zu Sugests that the way is to be soft like water that power flows into an open body and an open mind bringing strength that is stronger than muscular strength stronger than rock. Jesus came offering living water, the water of salvation, of a nature that you will not thirst again. Is the Bhuda's wisdom and compassion not also the same water coming from the same creator? Keeping an open mind but maintaining an integrity of spirit, can we maintain a softness, openness and strength? The strength of virtue with the openness to allow the spirit of peace, the spirit of creation of nature of the creator of wisdom and of love. To be open, we need to repent of our sins and let go of the rocks of judgment in our hearts; what is the strength we will find? It is the love of God's heart, the peace and grace of a power greater than our egoic identity; let go and allow the healing to spread into all cultures and all homes. Be at peace, and there is no one to conquer and nobody to convert to save the world. Become the salvation, and all is saved.

Workbook any ideas that come up around this piece of writing, are any old conditionings triggered by the idea that different spiritual traditions could share the same light? if we get angry, are we open to this light, this love? How does it feel that there may be nobody to conquer and nobody to save if we are the salvation itself? For ourselves in ourselves? wite out any ideas, and avoid any heated discussions.

Laughter/Happyness

Laughter/ Happyness

We are happy when we feel good; it sounds stupidly obvious, but what makes us happy? What makes us laugh? If I am depressed, where have all the good feelings gone? How do I get love to shine again in my life? If I listen to my body and my mind, what is it saying? What do I need to understand about my circumstances to unravel the mystery and follow my highest course in life? To listen to the heart is to find the wisdom of life. From this deeper understanding and following the flow of life, Laughter and happiness will surely unfold and blossom like the flowers of spring in their own season and at the right moment.

Write out any ideas that come to you around, the idea of the availability of happiness in your life, does it have seasons? Are you flowing towards happiness or away from it?

Gurus

Gurus

Who is the Guru? Who takes us from the Dark to the light of a higher life? Surely it is only God's light and grace that takes us anywhere beyond this mundane suffering of life, the mind's ambitions, and the changing nature of the body and the world. Yet People become Gurus when they consistently help others to become their highest light and the joy of spiritual awakening. Are Gurus just spiritual psychologists and hypnotists easing our struggles, convincing our minds that we can carry on with life? Guru has become a cliche term, and some gurus may be more human than others. Why is it then that we still seek the help of a guru when there exists an aspect of mistrust? In our culture, Gurus are not a historical tradition in my culture; priests may have been the closest example, and generally, people no longer trust in these institutions. Searching instead worldwide in the traditions of other cultures hoping to find something of significance that they can trust in. Asking, searching within Yogi traditions for a truth missing in our own tainted versions of spirituality, can we find a guru? Who will find the one that can show us the truth of our connection with a love so profound it changes our lives and the lives of others and permeates every aspect of our beings? Many are searching for the grand and great realisation. When we commit to the spiritual enquiry, the highest guru that controls even all of nature knows our minds. The guru's help comes to us in the day-to-day interactions with life, small signs that our intentions and our trust in something greater are received and returned with love, support and wisdom; a call and response kirtan of the heart is happening between the East and the west; but also globally as we ascend in human consciousness towards the truth.

All true Gurus have a connection with the higher field of grace and can impart wisdom and gifts of insight, and blessings. Through their intuitive or grace-filled hearts and minds from which the blessings of Dharma life and light flow. We are potential channels for higher consciousness to flow through to the world; a blessing mind is required, and a blessing field is created supporting the guru to support the world around them to achieve a higher reality. Your highest purpose is to be a vessel of great peace of great worth in this world. The guru helps us to become this light from the darkness, a transformer and guide to our further development.

What ideas do you have about Gurus? Write out anything which comes out without editing your thoughts too much, then review this information to see what thought patterns are present. What would you change? What kind of Guru do you need in your life? What steps are you taking towards meeting this good fortune?

Depression

Depression

What is it about depression that is so dam debilitating? What is its purpose? Does it even have one?

Depression is a stop on the flow of life; what is blocking life's energies from flowing? If we enquire into our lives, what can we learn from this energy? Self-enquiry into the thoughts, feelings and memories present around the feelings of depression may lead to many insights into who we are and which direction we would like to go in life. Can we view the thoughts and emotions present without getting too attached and bogged down in them? Can we invite a higher source of peace and wisdom into our lives at these times to help remedy the situation? Can we forgive the world for being the way it is? Can we forgive ourselves for also not having all the answers? By realising that we don't know all the answers and that even if we were trying hard in life, we could not get everything right, we can then also forgive others, forgive the world and forgive God for not making everything perfect. It's a kind of perfect that has to fit my ideals, my fairy tale, my dreams; the smell of ego is there. Can we transcend it?

Can we discover again humility and the flow of grace in our lives? Can we use the opportunity to put our trust in a spiritual paradigm to make our low point a turning point in our lives? It may be something that we continually need to rediscover and remind ourselves of. Life may not always feel really good. Can we accept these other moments as parts of the play, the Layla of life; what direction from here? Wait for creativity, insight guidance to show its door, take a risk go with the flow of life's new and unfolding moment. If we miss, a new moment will come along.

Do I follow dreams or a higher purpose? Will life hurt again? Maybe, we can live anyway, open to life in each new moment. The times of down provide a contrast to show just how special those moments of joy really are. The experiences of spiritual opening and the power of peace and grace in life are so bright in contrast to the feeling of depression; what makes a good photo? Light and shadow composition, the subject matter. The subject at hand is your own life; don't make the contrast an excuse for not changing. Live in the light of grace if you can.

Keep or start a regular practice of meditation and yoga. Reading spiritual books and helping others can take your mind off of your own problems. Follow some dreams learn a new language, write a book, learn to sing, paint, dance, sail, or study for a degree. There are many things to do that have worth in the world, even if it is just for you. Learning new things creates a healthy mind; work with your natural enthusiasm; this is the easy way. On the spiritual path, befriend your mind and your ego; you don't have to get rid of its hard feelings, but learn to be your own Guru. What can you do for yourself to bring more light into your life? Can I utilise other gurus' teachings and light to become wiser to the world inside and out, to assist myself to be more at peace with the world and its changing nature? I know you can.

Accept it to overcome it, invite a higher purpose, milk it for its wisdom, digest it to find creativity and truth.

Wite down any relevant points to your life, where do you suffer depression what are its underlying factors, how can you be your own guru today? how can you befriend your higher self and let the light back in?

Fear

Fear

Often in spiritual life, fears are felt in the body and mind; how to overcome them and when to listen? Transcending fear takes courage, courage to feel to remain calm, to trust and to listen to the word of god inside. To face and transform fear liberates the soul from the suffering of that belief system, often freeing the solar plexus and diaphragm for an easier breath flow. This transcending can give great insight into the nature of human suffering; this insight moves us towards a deeper wisdom mind, understanding the world's troubles through a felt sense in the mind and body. Once we recognise fear as fear and do not own it as our own so much, we can begin to describe it in a feeling sense. As we understand it more with the power of observation and detached awareness, these feelings will often spontaneously transform.

Be humble about it; any greatness experienced is because a power much greater than us is assisting our growth. Also, I recommend praying if you don't feel safe with the thoughts and emotions arising.

When we move through and beyond fear, where do we arrive to? We arrive at a deeper knowing, a place closer to love, kindness, compassion, closer to peace; with acceptance, wisdom flows into our lives.

"For God will never give you the spirit of fear, but the holy spirit who gives you mighty power, love and self-control."

2 Timothy 1:7 TPT

What are some aspects of fear in your life? How could you overcome these fears? Do you learn martial arts, go skydiving, learn to surf, write or do some public speaking, or learn to sing or dance? What would you do in your life if you had no limits? When you think of these fears, where do you feel them in your body? How do they feel? Describe them. Do they come with memories attached? Can you let the light into them? Imagine your fears receiving the healing light of love and transformation. What do you imagine life would be like to be free of these fears? Seek additional counselling or therapy if you feel the issues are too strong for you alone, or pray at home for assistance with your fears in life. Write down any useful ideas and or action plans for overcoming your fears and feeling more freedom and love in your life.

Endurance

Endurance

The power to endure the power of endurance is built when we face the difficult feelings and emotions of the body from a new perspective of healing, growth, welcoming, accepting, sorting, decerning, even rejecting, and boundary creation. An attitude of connecting with your highest self not in the struggle but through grace, a relaxing into clearing away of the unnecessary patterns that have built a structure in your mind and your body in your life. Transcending limiting beliefs that no longer serve you, old patterns are edited out. Grace remains when we focus on peace and benefiting others through our practice. Many emotions don't want you to practice, or they don't want you to practice your way but their way. Be strong and become soft at the same time, open to the higher energy, not the lower ego; for this, you need endurance and assistance of the divine; the need becomes the catalyst for your ability endurance becomes something you know through your practice.

I've spent a lot of my life as an athlete in pursuit of sports that i loved; cycling, running and surfing are some of my favorite pastimes. As an athlete, you often need to push your body and mind to new levels of endurance; how does this happen? Control is one aspect will power, but this does not get you everywhere you want to go. Endurance develops as we meet challenges, mental and physical, and we push on the edges of our ability; we see patterns that hold us back and attempt to extend them. We can feel through them while in a state of transcendence, gaining new insight and ability. One of the better ways to transcend our limits is through the joy of expansion by enjoying the moment fully. We don't allow negative qualities to enter the field of the intellect. The subliminal space of being opens allows new abilities, heightened focus, slow-motion and flow states to happen; performance rises to levels beyond the ordinary. The mind extends into these new knowing like a witness to the pleasure of being. Being in pristine and natural environments also helps these states to open up as the minds of people are not present, affecting your energy so you can focus on task. Simply being in a state of enjoyment is more possible with fresh air, wide open scenery and the beauty of nature occupying your thoughts. Nature takes us to new levels of expansion physically, mentally and spiritually, connecting us with the energy of a higher nature, divine nature.

Sickness or illness can also be times when we develop new levels of endurance, whether facing mental or emotional pain and sickness of the body or even the possibility of death. We can utilise these moments for spiritual growth and insight. They aren't necessarily enjoyable moments; they can be moments of extreme pain and suffering, but bearing through it, we develop endurance and often potentially unlock and unwind the nature of pain and sickness. Having spent extended time in hospital with a cancer scare, I had to face the very near possibility of death's door, undergo all sorts of test scans where you have to ingest disgusting tasting radioactive liquid, where they can see which cells of your body are uptaking these and the possible meaning and diagnosis. You also have to face and feel the pain of the body deeply in each moment, open to the grace of love bearing the pain in any intensity it arrives in to transcend, unlock and heal. These moments are experiences you don't forget so easily and bring character, wisdom and endurance to the human condition.

Meditation can also be like this at times; if you have tried a vipassana technique, you often are not entirely comfortable with your experience of sitting still and observing for an hour at a time for ten days; pain sensation comes, pleasure sensation comes all of it to be observed. This can seem quite clinical in approach, but this practice can clear away obstructions from the mind and body, allowing a more clear spiritual perception to develop. Spiritual endurance becomes transcendence of suffering; through practice and association, we develop and deepen into wisdom, and samadhi becomes our experience and our gift to the world; the Dahma becomes an integral part of your life, guiding experience towards a higher state of living. We always have choices if we want choice in life, but for which reasons and what is the outcome of those choices, our freedoms can be misguided attempts at liberty in life. If we follow the light of love and the desire for truth when we are blind, then the life of a sage develops a new meaning for us, a noble enquiry into truth, the existence of a spiritual quality to our human lives that surpasses the ordinary existence, an endurance of our karmic account is often the required payment.

Write or note down in your workbook any challenges that you have had to bear in which you have lernt some power of endurance to your circumstances whether emotional or physical. Invite the power of grace into these parts of your life to heal any unnecessary pain, move your body go for a walk or some activity.

Take some time to feel the pain of that challenges you describe it, and watch it allow it to change and transform and shift your life.

Disernment/Judgement

Discernment/ Judgement

Judgement and blame are great spiritual obstacles; moving beyond this pattern of the mind takes awareness and practice. It is a tricky one because, from a personal moral perspective, we may be correct, but spiritually we are putting ourselves in a jam or in difficulty. The energy we perpetuate is returned to us so spiritually; we should be heading towards a mind of blessings and wisdom. A mind of Caring and tolerance, at times, we need the power to endure the world and the mind's difficulties. To continue to be spiritually centred, we need to remember the higher self and to re-affirm our connection to our spiritual mode of existence through the practice of meditation, which clears obstacles to our understanding. Or we can think of radiating gods love and presence and blessing the world; this immediately takes away from the pain of the world and blaming and judging others for affecting the purity of your shiny spiritual self, your spiritual ego body, and centres us firmly in the giving mind and giving from the power and presence of the unlimited soul. Over time we may move away from judgement and blame towards discernment of situations with the willpower to be the remedy for life's troubles. This does not necessitate the taking on of a burden of the world's sins or troubles; this needs a strong mind of service and the grace of God. Practice, practice, practice, the saintly trainer wheels are on; if you need to ease the mind take rest. A hammock break, spiritual napping, or try some mantra chanting, read a spiritual book to redirect the mind back to a positive framework, one supported by grace.

Write in your workbook any judgment patterns and how you might move to a more neutral state of discernment and from discernment to a higher state of focus.

Compassion

Compassion

Compassion is not a game of giving in order to receive browny points for heaven. Compassion arises naturally from our being when we feel empathy for others' circumstances. Compassion with deep wisdom and the love of the creator can change people's lives. It allows Growth in people's stuff, it is a part of the connected field of understanding that supports and gives life to our human cultures. Compassion has the ability to lift others from the dark depths of their suffering mind, and out into the light of grace and into better and more loving peaceful lives, goodness is the result of pure feelings of love and compassion towards one another.

Write down any times in your life that come to mind when you have experienced a natural flow of compassion; how do these experiences feel when related to times when you may have given for other reasons?

Wonder

Wonder

Deep wonder at the beauty of life is the place we realy want to be, wonder is just a step from grace all we need is to be thankfull for the higher knowing, trust and surrender into the flow of guidence which occurs in the wonder zone.

Have you experienced times of wonder? Note down any that come to mind; what are any similar factors between experiences? Can you feel and move into a state of wonder just remembering these moments? These moments are close to grace when we remember a higher source is involved; we can often move from wonder to grace, practice adding this element, and feel into it. Journal any relevant experiences, and keep practising whenever you feel the need in the spirit of surrender into the now.

Stay Holy

Stay Holy

When the pains of the world are getting you down, remember to stay holy; it is our highest purpose to be beacons of light in a world of trouble and strife. Becoming victims of the world and emotions does not serve you or anyone else; remember to be in service by reminding yourself of the unlimited nature of peace and the powers of god's assistance; do not get caught in the judgement of the world but stay holy, not with pretence but with humility.

Note down any points or places in your life, you need to remind yourself of our higher purpose when you feel you could benifit from remembering to stay holy.

Understanding

Understanding

A bit like Eckhart Tolle, after my first great awakening, it took a long time to integrate or understand what I had experienced, and still, it is not possible to define this depth of peace and the profound gift of grace, the miracle of interconnectedness experienced in the body mind and the greater field of awareness.

it has taken a long time, over 20 years, to come to this point of some comfortableness in writing about my experiences. The experience cleaned my energy so much that I didn't have a mind as you would normally call a mind. This mind left; thoughts have come back, but often more as an intuitive understanding it took a long time to re-allow the mind, and it is an ongoing process of cultivating this re-introduced mind; meditation allows unwanted thoughts to drop away again. Space in the mind is good, but sometimes for interacting with the world, a good sharp mind is needed, one that can respond to daily conversational needs and the activity of life. Space happens in deep transcendental experiences, and in this state, a presence is felt. Love is present, but not always mind; the universe's nature or the sunga and the guru can protect you and assist you during these deeper moments. Prayer and inner listening are of great importance at these times. Often I have been alone during these moments, but even when around others, there is a sense of being still connected with higher consciousness, a profound peace. But still, awareness is there and a sense of self but not as an identity as experience as a hollow vessel full of light interacting energetically with all around. Outer consciousness comes into the being, feeding on peace, revelling in the creativity that is born from the interconnection of energy; their minds go again to pursue their agendas, and a personal meeting is not always needed; with a truer heart, you can come closer to experience and therefore to understanding. Understanding builds over time with experience, but we never really fully know as in the possessive knowledge, but the innocent heart opens the door, all that is dirty cannot enter much of the worlds twistedness will fall away; it can't possess or truly touch you here, the power of incoming presence must be kept strong. Sometimes over time, I can see there are moments or cycles of accepting or needing to accept the world into the being, and other times it is experiential, one of the presence of God's love and grace coming in and through you into the world, a much more pleasant experience. We receive, but simultaneously we are giving, as there is no separation from the world. Are there cues that work for enlightenment? Sometimes there is guidance, and other times it ends in a space of unknowing space or of new beginnings for the world. The higher self knows where the energy needs to flow and who needs assistance the most.

Write out any ideas feelings and experience that come to you from this reading

Regular Practice

Regular Practice

The benefit of regular practice is great; many obstacles to the path of true seeing come up and block us from our ambition to practice and to continue on the spiritual path. All aspects of humanity are present in our minds and sometimes our bodies; also, we often reflect the environment we live in. So if we live in a non-yogic environment, it is doubly important to keep practising even when we feel sad or tired, angry etc. we can modify our practice to suit the day, but it is important to learn from each moment and to use your spiritual practice as a guide to evaluating the quality of your own personal experience. To spend time embodying and associating with higher energy the power of God's love and the presence of peace, which nullifies those lesser energies of the egoic mind that have crept into the consciousness and would like to run the show their way. These dull and tamasic energies often show up in the morning like a type of tiredness and would like you to sleep in rather than spend time in prayer or meditation, for these energies blowing a joint or having a party may be preferable to getting up early to spend time evaluating your consciousness and understanding a higher meaning to life. To clarify our beings and to evolve in wisdom to serve the elevation of humanity through love and kindness, this takes regular practice. The world may not want to change when you do, so sometimes, there is a bit of resistance when you choose a different route.

Write in your workbook about your spiritual practice. Is your practice enough? Are you limited by aspects of everyday life energy? How would you overcome this energy? Allow the light of a higher calling to shine on these limits and provide new possibilities, plans, and helpful energy to shine into your life path and purpose.

Soul Power

Soul power

I Am Soul Power; many people say you are what you eat at some levels; yes, this can affect the mind and the body through adding positive or negative cycles into our lives. But on the highest level, we are the light of the soul, and as children of God, we are in grace, not in disgrace. We are in heaven's hands when we remember this energetic connection to the love of a higher form. This is not just awareness but a greater light that unfolds through our being when we cleans the soul and clarify our intentions to respond, resonate and hold a higher focus in life. Awareness is a beginning foundation and can clarify the mind when helped by positive influences that take us to the other side, but a higher intention is necessary for this spiritual journey.

Soul power, the strength of will, intention for something higher, for the highest realisation, held in my truth not just the will of my family, but my own genuine desire, and grace of God the answering whisper of shakti power descending heavens energy blessing our lives in all ways beyond our minds limited grasp.

To move beyond the slack attitudes of the world and those around us, we need soul power, a combination of self-discipline, the support of spiritual friendships and the grace, power and light of the soul gained through connection with the creator's love in meditation, prayer and sincerity.

Beauty

Beauty

Beauty softens the eye of the beholder; something about the colour of the water or the coolness of rain; what is this beauty is it out there? Or is it happening in here, in the heart, mind and soul of those that see or those that hear? If we are to busy, do we get to experience beauty? If it is so strong, we cannot turn away. Do we see more beauty if we have more time to just experience life maybe when we are open to change lifes moments of beauty shift us, and move our beings in delicate ways towards trust, faith towards more love in life. As an artist the every day can take on beauty as we draw a seen our connection to it develops or deepens knowing of the object of our picture a dialogue opens between the picture and the artist, the artist and the greater reality.

Compassion opens us to see the beauty of the moment in the soft eyes of a grateful animal, or in other ways, we feel tender towards hardship others may be experiencing; there is beauty in these moments, it opens our souls to a higher calling a greater understanding is a gift of god a boon of sorts for choosing to love. The true Gold in a treasure hunt, the true gold of a golden age?

Miracles

Miracles

Jesus didn't perform miracles to please others' critical and evaluative minds, miracles happen in God's time even for Jesus, this would be true, the Father will the will of the creator. We ask and we are open to the possibility, but in reality, the miraculous occurs when all are on stage. Those of faith were healed, and those with faith that are open as channels to a higher knowing working through them bring the miraculous to everyday occasions. A trinity is present in the unfolding the unlimited creator the willing creation and those with faith in need.

The Golden Age

Golden Age

When I think with my rational mind, I feel no it's not possible people will never change, they won't want to be good, and not all at once. Every individual is at a different place at each moment; a golden age? Maybe just a fantasy; who am I kidding to even try... such is the negative mind. When I think about my spiritual experience, yes, anything is possible; the love is really unlimited when I remember this love, all sorts of things are possible. This love this power of the universe, is blessing all beings in every moment. Are we available to receive this love? Can we let go to receive, to unwind our karmas, to be a blessing to the world? A man of grace, a woman of grace, people of peace, are we ready to come back to the garden are we ready to accept this profound peace, life-changing peace.

Jesus looked at them and said "with man This is impossible, but with God all things are possible."

Matthew 19:26

Prayer

Prayer

Prayer a conection with the divine, a silent conversation with God. Prayer provides light and peace it is an action of conecting with our highest self. Prayer from others can bring guidance from the lord to your heart. The intercession of love in people's lives can change their destinies. Prayer seems to be a tool for personal enquiry but also for outer transformation; when we are unsure about a situation, and we don't know how to act, we can pray. It is a powerful way of doing something in situations that seem irreversible. Prayer reaches hearts in ways we don't understand. Experiencing the power of prayer as a meditation in your life brings trust in God in a depth of wisdom through all of humanity through all of creation.

Trust

Trust

Trust is not always easy; can we trust the world? Not always, not at all, sometimes, maybe a little, yes, totally, no not at all. All sorts of feelings are there around trust. So who do you trust? How do you trust? Can you actually trust? Can you trust God? Can you trust religions working in the name of god? Can you fully trust Gurus? The answer for many will be no, no, I'm not sure, no, definitely not.

So what can we trust in? How can we trust in something higher when trust has been abused over and over through the shortfalls of our human condition? The answer may be that we have to make this spiritual journey a personal pilgrimage, a journey of understanding, a creation or building of trust, internal trust through experience. Which parts of the internal landscape can we really rely upon in times of need? How can we discern when to trust and when to say no? Can we let go of fear a little and be open to the potential of something trustworthy being present in this moment right now?

Is this a conversion factor? Do you trust Jesus, etc. once trust is given, people move as a herd a mob of people that have put their faith in something and now, what happens when you don't agree with all the opinions of others? Or they can't follow their own doctrine.

We lose trust and have to find faith and trust internally individually; what is right for me right now, not what others may suggest is right? Can I feel when to trust and when not to trust? Don't get guided down the wrong path by fast talkers.

There are a lot of questions about trust and wounding around mistrust. Can we feel what trust is anymore? But we still have a longing to trust to feel secure, to know everything is okay in each moment.

When we step into a spiritual path, it is important to be drug and alcohol-free; why? So we can discern clearly that our experiences are not because of substances but because of changes going on in our character and a relationship that is developing between ourselves and something higher. can we empower ourselves in a healthy way through the integrity of spiritual practice? When we experience the beauty and moments that are divine through this developing practice, we begin to trust, to trust in a relationship between ourselves and something greater than our small knowing of our limited worldview.

Can we say a big yes to trust? If not, that's okay let's work on it over time.

Regular spiritual practice and conscious intention to evolve, to make right-minded decisions, and gain the trust of spiritual guides; our internal practice is assisted by the wise and the holy, and the trust develops in both directions. Also, keeping the company of other spiritually minded people helps to keep you focused on your practice; through keeping company with the wise, we will cross the ocean of samsara or suffering.

Empathy

Empathy

Empathy helps us to stay human, it helps us to relate to others' feelings and situations. From an enlightened perspective, there is little difference between the feelings felt in me and the feeling felt in you, just a slightly different lens or filter, different background stories. When we bring a higher knowledge to our experiences of empathy, we can transform the suffering of others through our spiritual body. Wisdom is brought into the equation, and the situation is transformed in ways that were not possible before from the other person's limited perspective. From an unlimited perspective of being a world server or a world peace yogi, trusting that the higher self is unlimited is beyond time and space, is a peace that is profound, not ordinary. You will come to recognise the truth of this through experience. If that is not your perspective right now, be open to its nature. Truth is a powerful ally, and all will be revealed in each moment.

Service

Service

In service, I am whole; in giving peace and wisdom, I excel. When in service, I connect with my higher self, I cease to become a victim, and I move towards the master. When in service, I am a channel of peace for the world. World peace yogi's are service in action we are beyond service for only one tradition of yoga or of only one religion or cultural perspective; we are here to serve all. how to serve all? There are so many 8 billion people currently and still rising, and all the animals and the planet; surely this is not my job it's to big a task. Serving does not mean being overwhelmed by the seaming immensity of the task. Serving is an attitude and a quality of connection with peace. How to have this attitude that is more than attitude? To have a high quality of service, we must maintain a connection with source energy, with an infinite love, with the peace of the Creator. We do not need to run around fixing all problems; this is not the service we are talking about. to bring peace to the world, we need to be an embodiment of peace. To embody peace we need to be calm in all circumstances, we need to be aware of having a neutral mind, and we need to balance our sanskaras to make positive changes to the way we think and act in the world. These are aspirational qualities of service, a Shiva energy or rising intention, and the desire to be of service. The shakti energy is the energy of wisdom, descending energy of grace and peace. This is the answering call of God to our sincerity to be of service. To embody this energy, we need humility, and we need to listen in the spirit; we need to allow this energy to descend through our chakras so that peace can prevail on the planet.

Both energies can be of service in different ways. Aspiration and intention are more mental energy; they are useful to keep mental focus to keep our heads in the storms of the world. To direct us to make right-minded decisions in life, and to keep an interest in Dhamma when at times, the world is going in other directions. It is the ability to practice keeping spiritual intentions and live by values as a guiding ruler or compass, it enables you to keep your focus on the clarity of peace; this is a work in process.

True service is the bringing of peace; this is the shakti energy descending and the presence of peace in our hearts and emanating into the world. This is not a mental process but an experiential feeling one; both qualities are useful at different times; otherwise, we may remain wordless vessels of peace. We also need to live in the world and often carry out normal lives.

When we keep in mind the attitude of love being infinite both outward and inward, then the largeness of world problems is not an issue. The peace we share is infinite; those that are ready and feel this will respond; let the world be as it is, and keep your personal connection strong. Use each moment as an opportunity to be deeper in grace.

Intention

Intention

Our intentions are always known by a creator of a much greater mind than our own; our karmas reflect and are influenced by our true intentions and actions. A true heart will always find a way through trouble; a true heart is guided and drawn to the goodness of peace. It does not matter which discipline or religion that assistance comes through; our true intentions are supported by Christ and also the Buddha, by the creator of all saints and sinners of all religions, languages and cultures. From an infinite one, we are understood and supported, and when our intentions are clarified of our negative karmas, then we are drawn to the right action and supported and guided to greater spiritual experience. There is no need to challenge the dark for the light to win when we have pure-hearted intentions. Our help is beyond dualistic plays of karma; this help is all we really need.

Listening

Listening

Listening on the inside, I hear not the heartbeat but the inner voice; when the mind calms, then the voice is clear when the mind is noisy, then the sounds can be more like the crashing sea in a storm, take rest and let the wind of emotions subside. Try some prayer and see what effects this has on the inner realm; you can play as your own personal scientist, the observer-aware, equanimous objective; is this possible? The yogi and the scientist have something in common. Observe your inner phenomenon and remain neutral be your higher self, not your lower self some discernment and editing happens. Watch this with interest and see that what you associate with affects the patterns of your mind. Listen, listen, listen to your inner voice. Can you hear your inner Guru? Take a risk and follow but don't follow blindly. If in doubt, check the motive; does it feel right? Am I using virtue as my rudder? Learn to discern. I have often learnt from my mistakes. When you follow rightly, the guru's blessing is upon you, and bliss and enlightenment will surely follow.

Ability/ Unlimited

Ability/ Unlimited

When working with source our potential is unlimited, our ability may still be limited, but truly source energy is unlimited. When we have faith and trust that the universe is with us, that our intentions are good, and that we are following our guidance when we have lost ourselves in the flow of being perfectly intuned, we experience the unlimited nature of ourselves. Human beyond human, the chi force is flowing. When we are heart-centred and virtuous, heaven opens, and the miraculous occurs.

Each time we open to the flow is different, it is a different moment, obviously so, but we have arrived back into the depth of the unlimited from a different perspective, and the potential is different; when we leave that place, our exit is also different. The layers of the world which cover us again are new patterns from the environment joining with older existing or historical traits, forming new mixes. When our ability becomes unlimited, it moves beyond these human limits into the God-like realms; the supernatural occurs in the form we know as the self. our understanding of who we are or maybe is broken or extended into new territory. One thing that moves us into the unlimited that is important for world peace yogis is using our thoughts to allow the unlimited; this is achieved through knowing the natural is not natural limited, but the natural unlimited, non-separate from God, non-separate from an infinite power of creation. Allowing and associating with the possibility of life being something beyond something understandable and limited to human knowledge is humbling. In this humility, we remain balanced and open to being more than we are. Allowing happenings to happen through us is the key to being a vessel for transformation rather than an egoic identity pressing for change.

Gratitude

Gratitude

The attitude of gratitude is a well known phycological remidy, what is it about gratitutde that can be helpfull in our lives and our spiritual paths? Gratitude can be seen clearly in contrast to other negative emotions. Gratitude is of service to the world as a positive emotion, it can help you to remember gratitude as a way of training the mind to think better thoughts. We can use it to uplift ourselves and others. We can notice our envionment and be concously gratfull for things. It may be your food or shopping, or just the beauty of the sunlight on the leaves of the trees, it maybe just for being alive in this moment, or for the opertunity to be on a spiritual path a journey of discovery and new insights.

There are two types of gratitude here one is a practice intentinal gratitude and the other is natural gratitude, when we just feel it with out the intention both are good.

we can use intentional gratitude to reframe difficult curcumstances to see hardship as a blessing in discise, an opertunity to search for wisdom in trials, does it take the edge off of gratitude? It will never replace the true feelings of natural gratitude but there is a useful mental shift that is taking place. From resentment to gratitude a concous pivioting of emotion and thoughts aligns us with a more positive tragectory in life. This allows better curcumstances to preval in our experiences, with a more positive mental outlook we are able to serve the world as world peace yogi's.

Virtue

Virtue

How to utilise virtue as a world peace yogi for a better world, a golden age? Many people may roll their eyes at the idea of virtue as a way of living. Perhaps they are still stuck in the rebellious karmas of sex, drugs and rock and roll or simply following any and every moral fantasy and desire. Let them be there; it is not your job to preach conversion with a moral stick in most cases, but instead, use virtue and peace to guide your way. Those that are ready and can feel the difference in energy you bring will be drawn towards a change. Most of the work happens on the inside, not on the out; this does not mean you need to go into mental combat with everyone on issues you don't agree with; although I can appreciate the value of a strong mind, it is also necessary to be egoless to be humble but not too silent or over submissive.

So how to use virtue? There is an analogy of using virtue like a rudder on a boat to guide you on your journey to the other side. So use virtue like a rudder, peace to navigate like the stars in the night sky and set your sails with intention, filled with the wind of God's grace. May the guru's blessings guide your way.

Using virtue to balance the decisions of the mind can help you to avoid the rocks of peril to avoid getting stuck in the consequences of particular karmas.

Are virtues just old-fashioned? What kinds of virtues are there? How to live by virtue and not be stuck up? How to not miss life's opportunities?

What feels wrong, don't do; what feels right and you know is well received, do.

Types of virtue

Traditional

Plato describes the four cardinal virtues as Prudence, Justice, Fortitude and temperance. Virtues of mind and character form a theory of ethics considered by the goodness of outcomes " consequentialism" or "deontology" moral duty, moral excellence.

Prudence- for-site, the ability to see ahead to the consequences of actions and regulate your behaviour to avoid negative outcomes.

Justice- is considered a balancing act between the concept of self and others and is often thought of in relation to charity. It is considered a pivotal virtue for regulating social relationships. To consider are the concepts of formal or substantive justice, formal where everything is equal, or substantive where there is a deliberate effort to address inequality through differences in giving or the law.

Fortitude- the courage to face this can be physical to face hardship or pain, even death, traditionally often in the name of duty. Or moral fortitude to act rightly, which can include perseverance or patience as character strengths.

Temperance-  the ability to moderate your actions with self-restraint, which can include forgiveness, non-violence and personal self-control over impulses and desires.

The seven heavenly virtues are the cardinal virtues incorporated with Christianity's three theological virtues, faith, hope and love (Corinthians 13:13). Love is often considered as charity rather than existential love but both aspects are important, the act of giving physically and also giving the help of the presence of gods love and comfort which leads to the "fruit of the holy spirit" also considered virtue, peace joy love kindness faithfulness...

In medieval times it was common to list seven sins with the seven virtues or remedies.

Pride- Humility, Envy- Kindness, Gluttony- Temperance, Lust- Chastity, Wrath- Patience, Greed- Charity, Sloth- Diligence.

Virtues go a long way in tempering good character, and good character is important for diplomacy.

Budist Precepts

Bhama Kumaris consider virtues and powers

With seven qualities inherited from God, the Supreme Soul, are Purity, Peace, Love, Happiness- joy, Knowledge, Powers and Bliss.

Purity- of thoughts, not just the body, our mind reflects who we are, but purity may be a reflection of our true nature. "I am a pure soul " Having good wishes for all souls on their journeys is important for creating the right action in life.

Peace- "Om Shanti" I am a peaceful soul; peace is a part of our original nature, the blessing of a garland around our neck.

Love- is beyond normal feelings for people, it is a higher quality from the soul experienced through meditation in Sri mat (connection)with the father, the supreme soul. Everyone is my spiritual brother or sister.

Happiness or joy- is the soul's love overflowing in our lives, bringing happiness beyond normal notions or understanding.

Knowledge-  is spiritual attainment gained through association with the supreme soul, the ocean of love.

Powers- Souls eight powers; Power to accommodate, tolerate, to pack up, to face, to discriminate, to Judge, to Co-operate and the power to withdraw.

Bliss- a superior stage beyond happiness and joy of the qualities of the soul as knowledge residing in and flowing out through the body into the world, creating the golden age. Not a state of leaving the body and the world to be in the soul's abode but allowing God's love to flow through us here on earth from heaven out into the world. (my own interpretation)

Boring

Boring or Exciting?

Is spirituality boring? I have had people try to define me as boring because I don't wish to party or have random sexual encounters with people. The rebellious mind attempts to find freedom and excitement in life; what is true freedom? Is getting a sexual disease and a hangover or developing an addiction freedom? We have the freedom now to choose our own relationships; what relationship is important? If you are interested in spirituality, then this is exciting, for some boring, for me exciting. Have the courage to define your own identity, you decide what is exciting or boring for yourself, go against the masses, to choose a spiritual path. An exciting adventure of personal discovery awaits you. Dear, to be spiritual to be yourself, your truest self.

Acceptance

Acceptance

Acceptance has been given by the spirit; that is what counts the most. Thank you...

We are accepted in spirit. Can we accept in spirit all that is in and of the world? Some things are harder to accept because they go against our moral programs; why do they exist? It is not just to test us; this is an ego-centred notion. Is it the story, then? Is that the reason everything is not right in the world? That each individual is playing out or living within a narrative of sorts, choices they make based on underlying reasoning that is not always even understood by the person or people gratifying their desires in attempts at being happy, and we go on and on consuming the world for our changing flavours of desire.

Can we accept them and not hate the world and all its mixed-up stuff? Can we move beyond anger to the allowance of what is and from what is to acceptance, from acceptance to awareness, from awareness to a deeper understanding of truth, from a deeper understanding to a re-programing, an opening to new potential ways of living and the opening calling of something higher a call to grace a gift from above is calling you are you ready to respond?

Association

Association

Association with the divine is key to spiritual growth; the master's guidance will help you overcome obstacles on the path. How to associate with the divine and receive the master's blessings? Through cultivating good intentions. Some use mantras, others prayers, some rituals, and some awareness exercises. Today I recommend using the mind and training the mind to consciously focus on blessing, on thankfulness or gratitude in your daily activities. Small rituals of blessing or thankfulness prayers can help to align and reconnect with a higher elevated intention; the energy of peace of creation of wisdom, of the father and the mother or creation and creator God of Paucumamma. I like to bless and be thankful for food and water as I'm about to eat or drink it. These small moments of intention and alignment can serve to refocus from what you were doing and thinking to an interval of a more spiritual presence. These small moments are powerful and add up over time, bringing thankfulness and blessing to your life through everything you receive. This thankfulness also goes out whether we are conscious of it or not. Ken Honda in money EQ recommends blessing money, money coming in, and money going out; this brings a good vibration to money and to your attitude of giving and receiving. And interestingly, I have experimented with this previously when I thought that so many spiritual people have often had negative projections about the dirtiness of money and the evils it is associated with. This may sometimes seem true, but do you help the situation if you keep judging life and or also judging money? By changing our thought associations, we change the vibrations that we are transmitting to the world. If we receive with thankfulness and bless the money or other things coming into our lives and also going out of our lives, we could bring healing energy to everything that passes through us. Instead of being angry at the world and vibrating that association, we could bless the money and wish that healing, transformation, wisdom, and good luck go out into others' lives with each transaction.

But really, each and every moment of life, every meeting we have is a type of transaction. So how can we bless each moment as we move through life? By associating with goodwill and thankfulness by blessing the day before we go out into the world and when we are in the world and when we are home again. When we remember the creator with thankfulness, we remember the pure life force, the presence of love; then this we take into the world, we bring the fathers introduction to others, his presence and her wisdom, we become a blessing in the world, a bodhisattva of truth, wisdom and of peace, or an angel of light in life.

If it is difficult to find other people to support your higher vibration, then keep practising in secret, training yourself to come back to blessing, thankfulness, and deepening wisdom. Changing what you can change in yourself and accepting the world as it is, not wasting time in too much critical thinking; think of prayer, think, of presence, the presence of peace, and bless the world as a world peace yogi; you are important contributors to peace and to social change, to harmony and to love within life. Bless you, all! Yes, this is saintliness training; embrace it fully and fly.

Awareness

Awareness
Awareness

Awareness unfolds in each moment; can I even let it go? It is with me till i sleep at night and even in my dreams. I am aware of unconscious actions and their consequences. Can I use this awareness to self-train myself? When I have spiritual experiences, I am also aware we can notice the profound difference in the quality of the moment. Does awareness also have its own weather? Changes in the quality and ability to be aware and present, a duality, what is beyond changes in perception? Is this still awareness? Or a trick to bump you out of your mind and into presence? Can we be 100% aware, or what about 110% or actually 108%? Where does that take us? Spiritual associations take us into a different field of association, and the opportunity for profound understanding to take place is amplified or expanded to the realm of the guru's understanding or awareness, to the limits of God's unbounded love.

Are we just awareness unfolding throughout time or some greater presence than simply awareness?  Awareness concepts and training fit well with the philosophical underpinnings of society, of scientific rationalism and the objective, neutral scientific observer, the conceptual age of enlightenment. But these social concepts are out of date; they no longer hold true as fact; they were merely a philosophical construction, a legal fiction hand in hand with 'lassie fair' ( anything goes) economic policy individual nations states have moved from, being under Roman Catholic power, to being in their own power. Our rule over nature has created a world of pollution in the name of economic and political power interests.

It seems that awareness is not enough for justice or fairness in the outer world; morality is also needed for fairness. Is spirituality fair? Is it right-natured moral good, wise peaceful? Many of these attributes have been weeded out of the social construct, perhaps too fluffy and existential for bare awareness, but these ancient truths have not vanished from life or from experience just because we are now aware. There exists a profundity in the interconnections and beauty of life that we can discover when aware and alive to life, but we cannot necessarily force enlightenment through philosophical reasoning or just awareness training. Enlightenment comes as a gift of something greater than our human nature; for this gift, we must be humble and open to a presence beyond our knowing. There is a presence of Dhamma with integrity, justice of, wisdom of, peace which is present and discoverable.

Awareness of thoughts and actions mindfulness training is a step into the spiritual path of discovery, but it would be too simple for me to say that we are only awareness or aware of being aware; this is just a tool or a lens to view something experience something of a presence much greater than is known in the normal ways of the world, these meetings with something greater can lead to faith in the possibility of a better world, which lasts through the many ups and downs of the human experience.

Don't let the over-disciplined mind block the experience of the being; in awareness training, learn to also relax into life into the moment, into truth through experience, not just through philosophy or technique. Be the easy yogi, of grace and of peace, of the presence of God.

Pain

Pain

Pain is a teacher is a saying, how can we learn from suffering? can't we just learn from joy? or do we require the contrast? Pain can be mental, emotional or physical, how are they connected? When you look closely at the pain, you can find that it has different properties; the pain could be hot or cold, dense or sharp etc. often, looking at intense pain, you will find it changes the stories of the body-mind journey are stored there. let them come out and let them evolve. View them with a neutral awareness and learn from the experience. You may find that within that pain is connectivity with the rest of existence, the dam oneness again, causing "Me" pain, my body or my mind; who is it that is in pain? The I, the ego. Can we view it as a spiritual gift? Do we have to? I just want it to go away, we all want health and ease of life. The stories of the pain can take time to heal, integrate, to learn from. If I am willing in this moment to let go and not to push away or wish it away, what can I learn? can I bring a spiritual light to this process, the grace of God's love? Can I be humble and accept the world as it is, not as I would like it to be? This radical acceptance may save your life and will certainly change your life. You don't have to believe in all the diagnoses given around pain and illness of the body, but taking time to look and to see, is my attitude serving me. Am I of service to life to those around me, to the world? When I keep a spiritual attitude of listening or as a channel of light and peace of depth and wisdom, this focus is on service to the pain of the world. Transformation occurs. The pain often changes and even vanishes completely with the attitude of world service.

When we are not enlightened in bliss in peace, we are in some sort of pain. Can we forgive the world for this pain? When we remember the bliss we move away from pain back towards our original self.

Pain is often a wake-up call from the body when we ignore the body to play out the needs, desires and aspirations of the world. We often feel pain. Does this mean that the body is in control of life? That we should do everything the body desires? No! The body reflects all aspects of our experience of life, including ones that are less auspicious to follow; we need to balance the mind and the body. To follow the path of saints or of the Good and righteous choices in life, we need to deny the whims of the body and mind to follow other paths. This self-control will often meet resistance or can create pain; how to move beyond the pain? Through the power of meditation, through the power and support of something greater than the mind and greater than the body.

The Meaning of life

Meaning of life

Is the discovery of enlightenment the meaning of life? So we all need to experience enlightenment to have meaning and purpose. Is the search the quest to know my own true self, or to know God as something greater than my limited understanding of the meaning, or fulfilment, of the quest for the need of something greater in life. Do we all have different meanings and purposes, individual perspectives, and many ways of expression and in this expression we are meaning, we are valid to the rest of existence. Our thoughts, feelings and emotions are constantly changing a reflection of our inner and outer worlds, the self within culture.

Certainly, the meaning of life isn't just 42  as in hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy, a number or average turning point from where we are now getting older, from growing life towards death.

The quest for something greater is a spiritual quest we are not just mundane particles going about a human existence we are living breathing thinking expanding consciousness, or many of us maybe. if we cease to grow to modify to understand to be empathic to the world, do we close up and die. To keep our heart open to life is this our lesson and a possible meaning or purpose to existence?

Simply to discover enlightenment to experience this grand awakening, the revelation of peace beyond the conception of grace and beauty and its interplay with the self and with the greater self, the non-separateness of life. When the beauty is present, there is amazement when it has gone, we are back to the dam oneness and the burden of life. Where is the meaning when everything is changing? Are these changes just to teach humility to help us find our true place in the world, one not of power over all things but as a vessel of love of grace of peace and wisdom?

Emotions

Emotions

Do your emotions serve you? are you there slave? is it good to control them with an iron will? can they teach you about your self when you remember wisdom all things become text for teaching you? are you a willing student or have you had enough? our emotions guide us to understand deeper cuases and conditions of our very human behavour.

A New World

A New World

What is wrong with the old world? Can't everything stay the same? It seems the world is moving and transforming itself all the time, whether we like it or not.

Will the new world be as "I" imagine and want it to be? Probably not, but we carry on imagining and dreaming of the ideal new world existence, a Golden Age.

We are all dreaming the world into reality, is God dreaming us into existence, or is this all just a play of ideas bumping up against each other? A complex cultural web of life, the matrix changing as we change.

We don't fully know what the future will be; that's a part of its magic and beauty, but we often use the past to explain or visualise what the ideal may be; these ideals are always cultural, it will be like Rada and Krishna's love, or it will be as Luksmer and Narian, in a perfect utopian balance of the male and female energies an existence of bliss peace and wonder. This idealism may be too good for some to want to engage with; they like the less-than-perfect, the drama rather than the purity. Can everybody be a Saint? Can everybody walk that path, the Sri Mat path? Will Saints still be one in a million or a billion?

It has been said a Saint or holy person is infinitely more valuable than many rebellious-natured people. They both look for freedom, but who really embodies that; the peace of the saints is definitely more free than the many choices of rebellious. But are both really rebellious at heart to be a saint and ambassador of a better world; we have to go against many of the things considered normal, and the path of the aesthetic is often a reaction or decision to go against the world as it is and live according to some greater ideals, living our dreams of Knowing God of feeling peace of being enlightened. This was not always a trip to the Himalayas. What about all the stay-at-home yogis and the enlightened mothers of the world?

Transformation

Transformation

Transforming our consciousness is a Layla, an ongoing play or journey of the soul; as such, it seems it is never totally finished. Relax and enjoy the show.

We can feel the beauty of transformation; this is one of the most alluring qualities of the spiritual path. Transformation is both a personal endeavour and a let-go process; both energies are present in intention and humility. Wisdom is a product of experience and transformation of the spirit. There is a growing of spiritual knowledge that is needed; we can seek this spiritual growth through reflection, meditation and prayer, there may be unlimited methods of gaining spiritual insight and transformation, and dance, art, and writing are among the many practices. Our intention to connect with the spirit and to grow is helpful; letting go and listening to wisdom unfolding is also a key component of the spiritual path, the moment-to-moment unfolding of the story. Is transformation to a more spiritual self a constant, then? It would seem that at times we are covering our being in more karmas, and at other times we can be unravelling them in a mysterious process of growth.

If a person was in one moment to be a saint and in the next moment to be an absolute sinner, they would not be more alive for the wider spectrum of experiences, but hopefully, over time, they will remember the difference in feeling and karmic outcomes, and see that the spiritual choices lead to salvation, enlightenment, bliss, wisdom and true abundance and happiness for all and the lesser choices will lead to many kinds of suffering including frustration, anger, hate and sorrow. Through suffering, many have had transformative experiences when they are finally ready to try a different approach or really ready to repent and find a new light and new life direction.

As well there are moments of connection when the spirit is tangibly present as we broach a subject or seek to connect and be our higher self, our god-connected self, our wisdom self or our buddha nature; these presences of spiritual significance guide and assist our own efforts to transform. When we assist or help others in need, the blessing in return can be physically tangible, and all pain of the previous moment simply disappears. Also, when we forget ourselves and become totally in the moment, then the energy field opens and assists us to levels of ability that were previously unattainable to us; this often can happen in sports, music or dance, giving a spiritual experience, one that transforms and deepens our understanding that there is a greater aspect to life than the mundane lives of the constant work cycle.

Attention

Attention

The old adage, where our attention goes, our energy flows seems to have a lot of relevance to the spiritual paradigm. What kind of energy will you allow to flow when we are aware of our thoughts, feelings and actions as we go about the day? We have an opportunity to self-correct. When we pay attention to our attention, what can we do? We can watch the quality and themes of the thought patterns that are playing out in the mind as a witness to them, which gives a degree of separation. We can not belive in them, especially the negative mind and therefore, not act out any patterns present. We can consciously align ourselves to a higher energy, a clear true mindful self. We can pray this positively aligns our thoughts and action towards seeking assistance from a higher power and authority. We can remember peace if we have experienced peace of a spiritual nature. We can read spiritual material. Dharma books bring supportive energy connected with wisdom that helps to balance the mind. These techniques utilise our positive spiritual mind to refocus our attention to balance the energy that is happening around us and in us. This practice, over time, will train our minds and attention to stay within or stay connected and open to our spiritual identity. We become wells of peace, reservoirs of wisdom, purifying rivers of unending love; we are deeply connected to the ocean of God's loving-kindness

Love

Love

Is there enough love for peace on this planet? There can be two options, the yes and the no; which one will you choose to be?

There are currently 8 billion humans on the planet, and in 12 to 16 years, there will be 9 billion how many can we sustain? Do we have more solutions or more problems?

If I choose no, then I could argue that human beings have always been a problem for love as peace because they love to fight. Jesus riding on the colt into the city of Jerusalem, stopped at the top of the hill looking down on his city and wept because he knew his people were not capable of change and they would kill him before accepting the love of the father through the son of man, and not through their rules and traditions. This incapability is not just to Jewish people; this applies to all people, all of us, at times, are not capable of choosing love. Our stubborn human minds and hearts are prepared for war and prepared to kill to keep authority and the structures of our cultures intact. This is an old story but one still relevant today to the hearts of people in the world.

If I say yes, there is enough love, then I'm pointing to existential love, the love of God, your peace, and your kingdom in heaven; I'm hoping for the grace of god to change the minds and ways of humankind here on earth. Do we hope on dreams or the faith of salvation? Of something beyond our normal human love, we have to have faith if we have no experience of divine love, for it is the extraordinary assistance of love beyond our understanding which will bring us to a place of peace.

By allowing time for this presence of peace in our lives, we can embody the change of heart required by humanity; by being peace, we can share peace; by embodying the remedy of love of peace of patience, we can be a window for that grace to flow through into peoples lives. This experience of peace brings validity to faith in people's minds. That means all people, politicians and kings included, they are apparently only human, and if you are inclined to alien conspiracy theories, then I would say they are not beyond feeling the potency of love that touches all hearts and minds alike, not just humans.

Say yes to love!

Do we need to love the megalomaniacs of the world so much that they feel a sudden regret and change their minds about world domination? Is that even possible or practical? Maybe they don't wish to be remembered as killers of millions and or billions. How to trust that the creator has our best interests in mind and that whatever happens is all right and that the world will change and grow? Maybe the golden age needs a war first to wake people up. How do we love that idea? Can we at least remain calm? Or do we let our expressions be known?

What will bring us into balance and connection with a higher love in our own lives first?

Can we even experience the love of God with all these emotions? What if we decide to pray right now and feel if that makes a difference in our lives? Can we pray? have we lost faith in the bitterness of this world? Can we let go so we can feel the grace coming into our lives? How good does that feel?

Peace

Peace

Who's Peace is Peace? Is peace my peace that "I" share with "You" two separate identities with separate pieces of peace? Does peace belong to a place where people have been peaceful and where it is possible to feel that peace? Is peace my Religion's peace? And no one else can share in that love or grace, my cultures follow the rules, and you are accepted and allowed to feel good. Is peace a problem because many don't want peace but control, war and domination? Peace is ok, but we have to be in power.

When will peace prevail? Peace seems apathetic to the ideals of justice.

Does peace only belong to God or Guru? Does everyone own peace? Like a shared ownership system.

What if no one owns peace? What then? Do we simply have to accept and be grateful? Grateful to those that share peace with us; what a gift of service.

What about the beauty of peace? Its depth and grace, the profound revelations and ability to heal the broken-hearted wounds of our human nature.

Can we forgive peace when it changes our character? It has the power to profoundly shake our very nature and disturb or alter our very concepts of reality forever; peace can bring fear up in us because of our attachments to life.

Why then do we seek peace? Is it addictive? Are we just peace junkies? The yoga addiction.

It seems right to be focused on something of perfection; not only is it a play or Layla of perfecting good character, but real peace is beyond character; what is beyond peace? Wisdom?

Real peace is indescribable in its beauty. Do we hope to possess that peace, or are we humble enough to just want to abide in it?

Our ability to access peace and to live from a place of peace seems to be both connected with equanimity, a balanced mind, a discerning calm mind, and a developing awareness, but also, really, it seems to be a matter of association when we experience deep peace we can remember peace in those moments of pause and discernment. This practice, over time, becomes a pattern of action, and we develop the ability or Sanskar to remember peace for ourselves and for others.

Then we become friends along the way or friends of the way. Another Guru pointing us in the right direction, a signpost to Love to the light, to Peace to wisdom.

We seem to evolve; does God also evolve? Are we all his feedback mechanisms? Both the changing finite and unchanging infinite, eternal existence, two interwoven realities of time and timelessness.

Acceptance in open-hearted balanced awareness with a lightly held intention for the highest purpose. I hear the guru's voice and act accordingly; ah, the door of peace is opened to me, forever changed, spiritual awakening, profound experiencing, the gaining of spiritual knowledge forever vast profound peace, unforgettable and unknowable, accept peace into your hearts embrace the now.

Change

Change

Anicha, Change is constantly happening; what is changing? Who is changing? is our true self also changing? Is anything true if changes are constantly occurring? All interesting questions of the mind, what about our experience? Is this where we decide and frame our concepts of life, some stability to live by? Can we use concepts such as virtue to navigate the changing waters of life? To get to a better place, a spiritual place, a place of peace, something we have seen in pictures of saints and sages or may have felt but do not yet know in our lives.

It seems that peace and virtue, spiritual practice, and the spiritual journey are not topics that are of interest to many people, only the path of a few seekers among many on totally different trips. Will the world change? Will we develop a more spiritual interest? Where will your journey take you as you change from the old you and the lifestyles and thoughts that trip you up and trip you out? To a new you, a spiritual you, we need to carry the intention for change, the intention for new ways, thoughts and actions in our lives to break free of the groups of thoughts and activities which bind us to our old selves in order to embrace new beginnings. It is only in the background awareness of a sober clear consciousness that we can truly gauge the unlimited scope of the creator's love and power. In seeing this, we can know that our life's direction is affected by the changes we make moment to moment as our intentions become more true, more clear and more powerful; the world responds and supports and confirms our right action and alignment with goodness and goodwill surely will follow us.

Conversely, the opposite is true when we make poor decisions or are surrounded by this background in the mix of life, then we may feel this suffering, and change is needed to free ourselves from the bonds of karma. Positive change leads us to the spiritual journey; from then on, it is an exploration of our own unfolding, with the potential wonder of enlightenment waiting for all, the love of the father, the creator, blessing the world through you; what an amazing reward.

These new beginnings have the potential to bring a better world, a golden age, and a culture of caring, not just of daring; a culture shift begins with you, your thoughts, your decisions, and your mind; how about making the change?

Most people reading the material in this workbook are probably already interested in the spiritual, which helps; willingness and genuine interest in change to spiritual perspectives are your great friends; keep reminding yourself of the beauty of your intentions.

Mind

Mind

Is mind my friend or my enemy? It is surely both at different moments. Mind is a product of the environment and the influences of our world around us; you could say culture is an expression of the minds of the people.

Do you mind your mind? Can you mind your own business? Do you mind? Yes, I do!

To keep a spiritual focus or presence, we must mind our minds; that is one reason why awareness training is so pivotal in many spiritual traditions. We can begin this training and end this training on the same note, a student and an observer, or do we progress to be a master?

What is going on in consciousness, who am I, and how do the thoughts I think affect me? Can I choose my thoughts, feelings and actions? Can I discriminate, overcome and reprogram? Can I have an empty mind? Can I become heart-centred and live from here rather than mental concepts and projections? These are questions of the spiritual path that relate to understanding the mind and coming to understand the true self beyond the mind's games, plans, schemes and dreams. We don't need to know everything with the mind; if we meditate or connect with God's grace, Allah, then surely this is enough to be present in spirit, deepening into the moment, becoming peace for the world, embodying peace for this world.

Overcoming

What does it mean to overcome? it means to move beyond the suffering and to be the light and love of peace; this is how we can give love to those who are suffering. Not through closing ourselves down by feeling the pain of others, open your selves to love to beauty to healing, be the change that brings the fresh air of peace and light into the world. It is not self-centred when we wish to be in our power as spiritual beings, as spiritual people, we transcend the person, and the ordinary attitudes of the world, don't suffer to much in the world of pain. Know and trust right to the end that you are greater, and don't be fooled by the rot of spiritual egos; go beyond to the truth of peace, wisdom, and compassion the higher emotions will take you to a place of great service to the world. In this attitude, you will transcend you will definitely overcome.

To be greater, you must be more humble this is the paradox of the spiritual journey. When I say don't suffer, I know sometimes suffering is strongly present, if this is the case, view the suffering from the perspective that the unlimited is real, that is not an affirmation but knowledge gained through experience. Go into the pain and see its qualities, where are its edges? Does it change? What are its stories, relax to find your acceptance in each moment of pain or pleasure, and be your own doctor now, in this moment. Accept medical attention when needed but use the experience to deepen your practice through acceptance and observation of what is really going on, you will often overcome. Don't be fooled by labels of sickness these are only words, and doctors are only detectives of the body. Be your inner detective, see what is happening and let it go, don't cling to a definition- ah, now I can pin the blame here and here... etc. Go beyond overcome remember you are something greater; you are love, you are peace, you are light, Ha, I have overcome the suffering; I see you maya you can't fool me so easily anymore. Overcome, see the beauty once more. Celebrate in prayer in thankfulness in trust found again, in goodness, compassion and mercy.

Overcoming

Well of Peace

Well Of Peace

Jesus said I am the light and the way, and that the water he offers is living water from a well that never runs dry. The light is the way; it shines, showing us that we are heading in the right direction we are making the right and valuable spiritual choices. What does it mean to be a well of peace for the world? It means we are connected to God's unending love, and kindness in a way that we can share the gifts of this love and the deep fresh profound insight is available to us, for not only our healing but for the profound transformation of this world of this life. Where does this light come from it comes from the creator and this creator created all things all cultures, and all religions; this light is there for all.

Are you interested in a love of this kind? or are you just ready to party and are not interested in these things? Many are not interested leave them alone, and by focusing on your task, you will feel the freedom and light of love come to assist you.

To be interested in receiving the gifts of the creator's love and unending waters of peace is one step and the next progression is to share this love with the world through the power of presence in your heart in your life. With humility, we receive this love, and all the gifts of grace are upon you and flow through you into the beauty of existence unfolding; we become living wells of perfect peace. This is not a conversion factor but a transformation into the light of the unlimited. To have this in our lives, we must allow ourselves to be of the quality of an unlimited server. We must remember this service even when the chips are down, especially in the hardest moments; if we can put our trust in this love and kindness, all sorts of change will happen. Trust in your power; trust in the unlimited one. This is a process of positive remembering like a beam of light, and we will be there to assist you. Never give up; this is also the bodhisattva way; it is the same path shown through a different culture; in support of each other, you are so much stronger, do not get the ego involved with games of power or thoughts of control, be the peace be the wellspring of love kindness and wisdom transform all, let others feel their lessons, concentrate on the presence of peace allow it into your heart and mind to fully envelop your mind, to discover your true function as a world peace yogi and as a well of peace to all who are around you. This is the love of Jesus and of all the saints and enlightened ones, the creator. Embody this love and let that speak for you, and you can't go wrong.

Hope

Hope

Hope is a beautiful idea and better as a feeling, hope for a better future, a golden age; it is good to have good visions and intentions, but they are not the now. In the now is where our hope is tested. Hope is a grave of dreams a ship wreak, compared to the enlightened beauty of the present moment. I am not asking you to be hopeless and miserable, but the question arises, how to stay in the present moment and use the moment to bring clarity; through clarity, all will work out. Our hopes and dreams can come true, but they are never quite as we imagined they might be.

When Hopes don't work out, what then, how do we accept and carry on? The negative mind seems to like to break the heart of the dreamer and twist our fantasies to its own perspectives. If there is never a match-up of heart and mind or hopes, dreams and reality, internal and external reality, then our hopes are perpetually unfilled. A life of misery for our desires, those that are lonely or resentful take their revenge, wreaking the dreams of the innocent. Such is the misery of the oneness when love is drowned by the egos of the world, they have consumed your light and taken the liberty to rule and suppress you, and negativity prevails. It seems easy to create a victim and less easy for enlightenment to prevail when there is no spiritual continuity. The whole world is poison for your purity. How, then, to Hope for a world of peace?

Peace and enlightenment have become an individual's ambition, an intention to keep practising as everything will again change, and eventually, you will be free again from suffering. Ironically suffering never existed for the peaceful mind, and the power of the spirit was never challenged by the mear mind, ego and its games. Here, we can place our hope and our faith in salvation. Salvation is always here when we call out for assistance and when we silently pray. When we bring our awareness to our present moment and feel our emotions owning ourselves within the body and mind, heart centred, becoming our being self, our true self of presence, then our hope is near.

Mother nature hears my heart and sends her dragonflies to bless my knees in my morning practice; such are the small moments of tenderness and understanding that give a little hope to our souls that all is well and the future may become Golden after all.

What needs to happen is that we require the light of love to shine forwards in positivity and blessings to the world. So instead of being caught in the above style of negative thinking, even if it seems to be accurate for those moments gone. We need to create new ways of thinking, feeling and acting to bring the hope of salvation into our lives. For this, we need to cleanse our souls through meditation on the peace and power of god; the experience gained through this practice will bring us hope and clarity for a better future together on this planet and peacefulness in our hearts that we share through association with God in Sri mat with the father, connection with the divine, with higher consciousness.

Creating a powerful expression of peace through embodied experience, clarifying our souls to allow the presence of truth and peace to shine, and sharing this with the world. Strengthening this sharing through group cohesion and supportive shunga is the hope of future generations.

Hope as ideas and dreams has been crucified, Hope as the presence of peace and the light of God within, blessing the world, has been resurrected into our hearts and through our hearts into the world.

Still, hope in dreams is normal, and that's ok; there's a positive beauty in them, but as world peace yogis, we must also be the hope of presence, enlightened presence, to be stillness and peace in the world. Hope in dreams held lightly and brightly, in combination with connection to our higher consciousness, can manifest an abundant and beautiful world. Hope held too rigidly as needs we have to force from existence, whether personal or cultural, shows a background of painful life cycles that need to be let go and healed to allow the higher presence of wisdom and love to enter the body and mind. Then we can be the hope of a new world, a healed evolving world, a golden age.

Time Wealthy

Time Wealthy

I am time wealthy; how do we make use of the time we have? Are you self sovereign? or is your personal time enslaved to debt? Or family commitments. How we feel about the way we spend our time, and it is interesting that we say "spend" our time, has a great impact on the type of person we are and can be. Do we have time to really take time? to consciously and slowly take a sip of our glass of water and mindfully place it down to consciously eat our lunch... Or are we time frustrated that got to run so many things to do, feeling.

We all have things to do, but how we do them and what we find important is a barometer of our soul's connection and our soul's calling. The more mindful we are, the less we rush; we avoid accidents, and we make fewer mistakes. When we make fewer mistakes, we can make more money, and we use our time more consciously. We also are able to take advantage of the synchronistic flow of life. We may find more meaning in the smaller interactions of life and be less caught up in seeking external goals of success and more interested in personal growth, development and healing aligning with our spiritual path.

Reaction

Reaction

Here I go again, Reactive; the mind has taken over the spiritual place of peace and is having a field day with the heart of dreams. We all know the feeling right, the struggles we have with reactions to the world and the seeming reality of our predicament, according to the mind, or one version of it, the negative mind. Should I put myself to bed and just wait it out? Why not? A good idea to send yourself to your own room and take time out. Come out when you can behave yourself, when you can handle life, when you know that the mind has lost interest in that particular scenario, and then you can get on with life as normal or as super-normal as we are spiritual beings, right?! How do we react to that frame of the mind, the spiritual frame? Do we have positive associations/ reactions, or have negative concepts hijacked our spiritual flight, screwing up our dream holiday.

Life is more interesting on my terms; watch the spiritual play between humility and the assertion of some direction to life; just who is in charge here? Is it the reactions of the mind, or am I going deeper and choosing to be aware of my life and the decisions I make? Can I choose the spiritual flow of life? Can I choose to be a world peace yogi? Anything is possible now that you have disarmed the reactive mind; this is now your spiritual dreaming, your world, your life lived each day like a perpetual holiday.

random moments

Random Moments?

 Random moments or Intuitive meetings?

My dad and I travelled to Sydney to go and see a show there and I think it was really about spending time together and going somewhere new a good father and son experience. We had just arrived in town, and we were in the city centre downtown. We were talking about travelling and opening up to life’s experiences and flow and how special synchronistic moments happen. How they show us that wow yeh something someone greater than my ordinary self is involved in my life. It was strange to talk with my dad about spiritual things because I had this fear that he might think I was stupid or strange believing in supernatural possibilities, but he was quite interested and open to the discussion. I had just shared about a time in my life when I was living in my Land Rover and travelling and each night I had no idea where I should sleep or where I should go to be safe at night. But at that time of day, there was always an inner voice saying turn here go down this road or track and stay here tonight. It was a feeling that God was always there looking after me with protection and guidance, at that time in my life I always felt safe no matter where I was and I even used to sleep with the door open, open to nature open to life.

The two of us were in one of the small arcades outside enjoying city life going past, and talking about what we would like to do while we were there. He mentioned that he would like to meet a friend that lived in Sydney he knew from the Camino walks he had been on, but I think from memory he didn’t have her contact and didn’t know exactly where she lived. Crossing the road at the next set of lights he spotted this person in the crowd of people coming the other way and we stopped and talked, afterwards, we were remarking about the amazing nature of coincidences or synchronicity.  One of us made the joking remark of it happening in threes and I made the comment that there are not actually any random moments in life everything has a reason for being. So my dad said who else would we like to meet and I said an old friend of his he used to know when he used to live in that city 25 years before, this person didn’t live there anymore and he had also lost his phone number. Well, I said how about my cousin and her husband and children. I would like to see them; well, he said their house was too far away and they had just moved, and he didn’t have their phone number, so he didn’t think it was practical in the time we had to go that far to see them. Ok, I surrendered the idea, even though I wanted to see them, and randomly said well we may just meet them in the street like the other lady we both laughed and carried on. I said to my dad what about your old friend do you have him on Facebook? No, they weren’t friends anymore and he lived in Noosa QLD, which is a totally different state, Maybe I questioned he laughed and said it wasn’t possible. I convinced him to look him up and he saw his Facebook post, which mentioned he was coming to Sydney later that very night, so we made contact, and we meet up for dinner that evening. Number two.

How about three I thought, my dad was sure we didn’t have time to see my cousin, so I just let it go good things do happen but too much planning is like trying to force life. We stayed at an air B&B and in the morning, we had about an hour spare to walk around town where we were staying how about we go to an art shop I suggested as I like to draw and paint and wanted to look at stuff being in a city. I found one nearby on google maps and it seemed straightforward forward but we didn’t know the area very well. Following the map, we walked towards our destination which appeared to be a few blocks away around behind a shopping centre. We couldn’t find the shop and we ended up lost and on a one-way road going in a horseshoe shape around away from the shop, with no exits and no people and no shops on it. It was early morning, and no one was around. As we neared the end of the road, we saw one car and some people coming out of a side door, it was my cousin and her husband and two kids and dogs the whole family were there right on the street, at exactly the same time, and in the middle of nowhere, there were no others on the street. It turns out there was a 24hr gym there and my cousin was picking up her husband to drop him at work, and they lived a long way away in another part of the city. Coincidences happen but they are not just random moments in time, but a sign that someone is watching and listening to our hearts and minds. Just have a little faith in me, is the suggestion at hand.

Culture Caring

Culture - Caring

Caring for culture is looking after country, as a world peace yogi caring for culture is caring for the diversity of the whole world, all the people we should care about. Is this posible? do we care about some and less about others, do we care about our own culture and less about our nabours? have we discovered that we have racialy predudiced attitudes hiding in the corrners of our DNA? do our Jeans/geans fit anymore? Who do we really want to be now in the future as a person as country's as a culture as global people? our global identity as a global nation we should be caring. Do we care but are still wary of those we feel could and will harm us? there is some sensibleness in safety and defence ideologies; self-protection is our game. Protection of our freedoms do we protect everybodys rights and freedoms?

As a world peace yogi look, on the world with love in your heart and challenge yourself to let go of beliefs that don't show the way of peace in your heart. Be strong in your sense of virtue, and find other ways to serve people if there is a divergence of values, we are not here to tell other cultures who to be or to take their traditions and replace them with ones we feel are better. please be as you want to be is all I can say. But as a world peace yogi, be strong in your practice of peace and others will be drawn to your nature.

Nature

Nature

Nature all around and within, still we sense you more in private spaces, places of great beauty wonder and solitude, places where we can hear the hum of life, wild life like a roar in the silence of unknown power and beauty, humbled in awe I am blessed by your vitality this beauty shines through me, happiness and healing insight and desire the passion sparked of your beauty.

Freedom

Freedom when freedom is present, trust also exists, a freedom in choice and action. What kind of freedom is spiritual freedom, freedom from the mind, from the conditioning of our society's, from our bodies and the energies stored within? Is freedom simply denial, a sort of strong personal discipline to go beyond all things at all cost, a type of spiritual battle with existence, a spiritual ego identity, I will be enlightened. I will be the Avadut, I will be god, I am god...etc. A tricky type of rebellion harnessed to spiritual purpose. This is not the freedom I am speaking of, although we breathe the same air.

Spiritual freedom is something greater than the normal types of rebellious freedoms, but it also can come with personal freedom; the bird in the sky is free; it does not do what I want or what society wants it follows its own course; many people of so-called morally bad nature have a sense of freedom to them they may do what they do as they don't want to be bound by the fetters of our social and moral slavery. But spiritual freedom is still something greater, much greater than this rebellious anger freedom that is so common in the perpetual teenager we see in most people and often seen played out in the Anicist Athiest. These freedoms are only of the mind; the freedom of Aniarcy and Athisim are still only philosophical projections, a rebellion of the mind born of anger and control issues.

Sexual freedom is also similar many claim the right to freedom to follow their desires, this is a sense of freedom, but not real freedom, as desires are entwined with karmas. This may bring temporary pleasure but this is also mixed as pleasure may not be felt equally and is experienced differently by each individual and differently in each moment. and who is the self that claims the right to this freedom is this not the ego mind imposing its desires and conditions on the world? Freedom also seems to come with rules for others, conditions such as no judgment, and rights for the claimant of this freedom, so how can this be real freedom, it is a desire by a limited self for safe passage and success for its mental creation in the world.

Would this freedom benefit from developing maturity discernment and wisdom? a culturing of the mind making freedom more delicious to enjoy, and of benefit to more than one. Some just want to break the limiting boundaries of old social beliefs, this is experimental and new sexual expression is becoming more socially accepted, but this is experimental and freedom to do so does not guarantee that it is better, it is still contained within the collective social context and as such not truly free. If an individual desires a sexual change and receives a penis or vagina or breasts, this does not make them free even if they are expressing themselves from new paradigms of thought. Consider also that if somebody was murdered for their body parts in a foreign country for that sex change to occur, which does happen then that new identity is now bound up into a karmic history of crime, victim trauma and black market money-making all for the freedom of a different expression of identity, it is still identity the ego mind and not truly free, in fact reasonably costly.

Rather than a simple self-centred blind following of desires people could develop foresight around actions. Experiencing sexual energies without discrimination is not always wise this is an opportunity for the growth of the ego, from adolescence to maturity. Ideas of control are judged and some will still suggest that they should not be constrained by any type of morality this is not real freedom just an excessive desire to live beyond social conditions. They are bound by their own desires and contained by karmas and judgements they receive, these individuals claim freedom but may actually be regressing on the spiritual path and binding themselves rather than freeing themselves, this is not a condemnation but a consideration of the situation. Osho a great proponent of freedom suggested going beyond sexual energy to higher consciousness, but most are so blinded by ideas that freedom means they should or could do whatever they wish sexually that they miss the boat completely.

Spiritual freedom goes beyond the mind's limits to an experience of something beyond our normal understanding; experiential freedom comes when we are free of the karmas of our life activities. But who is it that becomes free? Who is left? In the awareness or even the awareness of awareness after the egoic suicide of surrender to what is; and the unravelling of karmas. Is it our true self? Our spiritual self, our higher self, our understanding self, experientially wise, or are we simply present biding time in the body present to the world like a prison sentence? Or are we free to live again amongst the world, more aware and wise able to choose actions or resist actions and experiences? Free to live in the world from a greater peace, guided by the presence of something more magnificent than the everyday mundane life? Acting from a place of grace, compassion, and of wisdom, we are not bound by karma; existence leaves less of a mark on us. And any mark of the world is transformed in awareness. Are we free? To create and or not to create, to be silent or to share? To live in and of the world while also being beyond the world, boundless and free. Freedom is yours for the taking; where do you search for it? Often quoted, the seeker becomes free of the seeking; likewise, the angry become free of their blame and rage, the judgmental free from projections. The selfish become freed from the self as separate from the world, and the fearful have an opportunity to face and see the changing nature of forms and become calm within.

Freedom is a part of your true nature; dare to be you and care to be true.

Freedom

Giving and Reciving

The practice of spiritual giving and receiving can be of benefit to the heart, even over and above that of actual physical giving and receiving. Giving and receiving in a spiritual context does not involve demanding; it is not a karmic contract, e.g. I'm the Guru, you give to me... a certain portion of your wages or all your money when you die. This kind of contractual guilt tripping which happens regularly in spiritual circles is not what I'm advocating we do as world peace yogis. These practices can be hurtful to the soul and develop mistrust in the Dhamma.

Spiritual giving and receiving should be practised with a heart of love knowing that the creator's love is beyond the limits of time and space, infinite in all directions, large and small this love when practised, can break open the hard rocks of suffering in your heart and unify the heart and mind with the creators love in the spiritual practice of giving remedy to the world.

How do I give when I don't know what the world really needs to solve its problems?

Simply put, it is not necessary to know. Just visualise that what is given turns into what is really needed for each being a letting go trusting those good intentions are going out with wisdom and clarity, and what has been received turns into spiritual insight, clarity, wisdom, Dhamma, love, and compassion. It is not necessary to plan what is needed. For now, just practice giving and receiving while getting your ego out of the way.

If you practice in this way, then your heart begins to be transformative. What I suggest is not the same as some practices such as tonglen or the taking on of suffering. This can often lead to an excess of pain and unhealthy amounts of suffering; if the pain is not transformed, then you may just be an unhappy, burdened practitioner. What I suggest is a practice where you see the transformational remedy in action removal of suffering. don't carry the burden of the world too much; be the grace, wisdom and light that relieves pain in the world. To bring relief to the world is enlightened practice, and a golden age will follow. So relieve pain on the way in and on the way out, and then you will become transformative to the world, a blessing in every moment.

Practice small at first on the inside; this is not forced change; this is not a practice of making the world as you would like. Acceptance of the world as it is, not as you want it to be, is necessary to begin this work. You will find over time that giving and receiving becomes an absolutely transformative practice.

Giving and Reciving

Practice with the breath coming in, feeling and visualising energy coming in being transformed by love as you breathe out, then imagine energy being transformed through love, the power of love transforming energies into whatever is needed in the world, whether it is something physical spiritual or other just have trust for this moment and don't get your limited mind involved in ideas of needing to test or prove the theory. Test the practice in your own life experience and see what benefits arise.

The best results come when you feel yourself in contact with God's grace in Sri mat with the father, an easy alignment with the father. Don't practice stress practice calm; practice peace; be peace in action until you are on auto; it is no longer practice but being. This is never a manipulation always grace.

Wisdom

Wisdom

When i think of wisdom i often think of monks and nuns of great depth of practice, this is not always where wisdom comes from, wisdom is here in all things the greater consousness can support us in many ways. when the practitioner has a true thought or desire to help and to benifit others, to be wise and reach out with courage or creativity then the wisdom is naturaly there to support you. Especialy so if you have gained the association of the wise in this lifetime, then they are always there to guide you forwards on your path of Dhamma, goodness, compasion , right mindedness, just as Jesus also guides people towards the light and all that is right, the wisdom can come through many diffrent traditions, even through Nature her self. It is stated in the Bible that in the begining the was his prescence and her wisdom but always the two together, like shiva and shakti the two qualitys of precence.

The Changing veil

The Changing Veil

The changing veil of human emotions conditioning mental turmoil and ignorance of our true nature. Is it mine? Is it theirs? Is there any difference if I can't get free of it? What do I feel around my face and eyes? I have asocial facard? With what emotion do I apply sunscreen or even make-up? What are the energetic imprints of my life, my habits? What imprints have I picked up from society and the influence of those around me? Can I let these impressions go, then can I feel my true self, my true nature or has the world just crept in again to create a new version of the ever-changing veil? When will I feel like my real self, my spiritual self? If I spend more time associating with the spiritually minded, does my veil drop away or have I just borrowed a spiritual costume? Or other habits? What can I do to lose ignorance? If I pay attention, I will see that when I am around yogis of high quality, right association, my ego is dissolved, and the veil, every changing starts to drop away, I can see through the illusion of character and culture. Life does not stick to me as much anymore, I love it free with awareness and open to grace descending from heaven above. There is not just clarity in my life but purity and love that has-not, the normal limits to it, strange things of great beauty happen to me, and miracles large and small begin to appear bringing me faith in my choices. Showing me to trust, to trust what I do not yet understand.

Grace

Grace

Grace is easy; it is not made hard; it is beyond the competitive duality of challenge. I thought this morning of a funny analogy of a bed of nails, there could be hundreds or even thousands of little pricks in the world, but when you are with the grace of god, you just seem to flote above; nothing can harm you. if you were to look closely at one you would think it sharp and dangerous, but the magic of keeping the mind in the higher realms of God's service is that you can pass through many situations unaffected. Living and sharing pure bliss bringing peace to all, light to all love to all. The mind thinks of many ways to try and make this impractical, but this is just the mind. Keep going beyond, grace is not everybody's cup of tea, but no one can deny your presence when you allow the love to shine through. As grace, you are nobody's slave. You are humble to the presence of something much greater than the normal day-to-day needs and activities of most people; you simply don't abide in their world and don't fit with their logic of life. If they are curious, then let them come to your light. Don't fall into any bitterness of why you aren't living their ways. Continue on being present in the grace with the flow of activity happening around follow the guidance within no need to get stuck. Stay beyond life's grasp, in the beauty of the infinite, in the knowing of who you really are; you are peace; you are the presence; you are a world peace yogi, and as that, you are beyond simple definition flowing in the grace of gods love.

To practice being in Grace- sit comfortably and relax the mind, relax the brain, the nose, the jaw the cheeks, the teeth, relax the throat relax, the shoulders relax, the back of the heart, relax under the heart, the front of the chest, relax the throat again, the eyes the mind the brain the third eye, the top of your head. Allow yourself to be open to peace descending into your mind, into your heart, into your body.

Notice thoughts but don't be thoughts; stay present with the body, and continue relaxing...

Feel the presence of love and relax your heart and your mind to do this; this may take some inner work, some journeying with issues and emotions, be there let it unfold.

See if you can notice which thoughts are of a higher quality of inner knowing, follow these thoughts but not the others.

Can you take that presence of peace with you when you walk about, not in spiritual superiority but in a simple humility, be open to what unfolds in each moment.  Be a channel for that love for grace. If possible, allow the light in. If you don't see this light, then feel, for the presence of peace and listen as you walk; your inner work and meditation is now meditation in motion. Relax as you breathe, be calm in each moment, let go of conflict, let go of judgment of the world and the way it is appearing in front of you and of the way you think it is in your mind, let go of the way you think things should be. Be present to each moment and be presence in motion and presence in stillness; welcome to the grace of gods love, and welcome to being a world peace yogi. Be a channel for goodwill, and the grace will support and guide you.

When these periods of grace end, then take a rest, go home or somewhere safe, sit and connect or just relax and be happy, put up the hammock and kick back and contemplate life's beauty.

The amazing and beautiful thing about grace is that it is a gift common to all, it doesn't matter if you are Christian or a Buddhist, Zen or an Ashtanga yogi, Hatha, Kundalini or Bhramin, grace is available to all; in the presence, you are the peace in peace you are eternal, grace is available and accepted everywhere.

Silence

Silence

In silence, we feel the world we hear and listen to what surrounds us; in true silence, we are at peace. Taking time to be silent and to go within to listen to the body to observe the mind, its attitudes, stories patterns, done correctly, will give space for healing to occur. To be a world peace yogi, we should feel peace to share peace; otherwise, we can share in equanimity in mental balance and silence. Silence can be that moment when we pause to connect with grace and a higher knowing; we allow space for change to occur we allow room for love to guide the path of the current moment. This is not something we need to create but something we feel and know through experience. We can find this experience through sincerity and prayer, not the loud external prayers often heard and repeated but prayer in silence, a prayer of meditation of peacefulness of a peaceful soul. A moment to be in connection or Sri mat with the father, a path for the saints, is a path of peace that peace is found in silence and according to our ambitions, supported or not supported by the guru's grace by the love of the creator by the Dharma field. In silence, we prosper in the unlimited grace supported by the name of love beyond all names. Silence can lead to an experience of peace beyond words and beyond worlds; this peace is not simply silence, nor is it simply awareness. In silence, we can hear can listen rather than demand of the world. In silence and prayer in silence, we can balance the mind. These aspects and our intentions help to open the door to gods love, for sat chit ananda, for pure peace, for an experience of profound awakening. Within the hollow, empty vessel through which the grace and purity of love flows through out into the world is a still and silent witness, one that observes this action of peace of the nature of enlightenment. This witness still remains as the grace comes and goes and as the silence of the mind comes and goes. As reaction happens and as wisdom comes again. Is this one our true self? Or are we something else? The beauty of time in silence is that we can contemplate or figure it out; who figures it out? The intellect has come again… the world has crept into the experience of bliss. Can you continue to serve to bring peace to be peace within each new moment? Observe and enjoy the peace, the silence, and prosperity of god's love for all.

Light

In the light, we are pure love unlimited and unending light is not a challenge of power but an affirmation of peace; light comes with peace; peace and light are one woven in time, experienced in meditation as pure bliss ananda, the true Dhamma of heavens outpouring as the grace of god flows through you. Light opens our eyes, our hearts, our ears, and our minds; the light is from the healer of all souls.

Gems of pure light shine into our understanding as confirmation of true recognition of understanding and showing we are indeed on the right path the path of love, a path of the unlimited, of knowledge beyond our limited knowing, a path of trust and of truth, the grace the light showing us we are loved for our efforts. Showing the world that there is a path of peace that is the path of the world peace yogi. The love that comes for you from this soul of mine is full of light from the father for you all; this is the blessing of the unlimited one. this blessing shines out from all beings living in truth, shining in the greatness of the creation.

Light

Bla Bla Bla

Bla Bla Bla

Looking to travel Bla Bla will take you there at a cheaper cost than normal alternatives, this is happening also with the ego, our minds we need a certain amount of bla bla bla to navigate life to form identity to structure life direction, to form business ideas to form lives to have websites and live within the world, but this is not our deeper spiritual nature, this is merely the outer intellect. is this Bla Bla Bla running the show? Our in conversation with our inner world and simultaneously the outer world, the greater conversation with community culture and the world. bla bla bla of the intellect can take you anywhere but where is it you want to go? Our Bla Bla is not moving the clouds or the tides the weather. Bringing awareness training to our existence lets us see the effects and interactions of our mind's activities within our body and the world, which thought associations bring spiritual results, more presence, more love, more harmony, clarity, peace, depth, of wisdom. This is a useful approach for character training and gaining stability of presence, as we de-frag our minds and clarify our interlects. This is still an outer level but practical for gaining insight, as we gain deeper trust connection, deeper insight occurs. We are aware and awareness it is suggested have you checked to see? Certainly, awareness is still present in the most enlightened moments and remains after, and is aware of the energy of culture returning to the mind the bla bla bla coming back, reactions, desires, questions, control interacting with presence your presence? or did 'your' 'I' 'self-identity' vanish but awareness empty and free remained, existing simultaneously with presence with love with grace flowing through you being you with you a channel of the divine. Understanding awareness in its simplicity is good training for keeping and returning the balance of mind of body, of soul connection. We can be aware of ourselves but not be profound or experienced in the presence of peace. Association with peace is needed as well as awareness only; to be a presence of peace. Awareness also may be involved in our connection with identity name and form a sense of self can be continued through difference recognition, what I am and what I am not, also awareness is present in a sense of non-self of inner interconnectivity and outer connective presence, in experiences of chi and our unlimited potential. If we let go we may lose ourselves in an expanded recognition of the presence of all that is, is this our great fear? that we will need to die to the physical body and mind to experience nirvana? Many have done so to integrate with the higher creation. do we need to? the presence of peace is here available to those that seek- those that find it, it takes a willing mind to transform and let go of our inner cultural collections of bla bla bla the stuff reactions, desires ways of talking and acting in the world. In the deeper mind, knowledge of this process becomes wisdom for learning, but learning happens as a let-go process, a deepening into the presence of love of peace of clarity of grace.

Spirit Walking
Spirit Walking
We are searching in cultures all over the planet for meaning in our lives, for something of the spirit that will remove the troubles of life and the difficulties of living which plague our society's ways of life. We search for healing and meaning in the disarray of human lives. We are either healing ourselves, creating drama and problems or thirdly we are removing suffering from people's lives through our depth of spirit which goes beyond the self-identity and brings a presence of love to the world. Where are we walking to? what is our ambition? do we know ourselves our culture our families our histories do we know our true nature? without this however it appears in each different culture around the world, we are only trouble to ourselves and others.
